We have a decently sized two bedroom apartment and honestly no corner is left untouched. Because of my schedule I haven't met any of the cleaners personally, however my wife has said they're really friendly. We recently used Thorough's concierge service, specifically pet care and they were just as good as the cleaning. Our cat is special needs and not only requires heart medicine every day but also an inhaler - not an easy task. David handled it all with no problem, even driving probably a good 30-40 minutes in inclement weather to take care of him. Which leads me to just the general service and attitude of David. She did not call in sick or anything just canceled and admitted the reason was because she refuses to work for a person with chemical allergies who even promised to supply all hypoallergenic supplies for her. This is after she's done crying and saying how she's trying to save them through Jesus. She can't wrap her mind around the fact that people live with physical disabilities that she has not had yet and subjects them to humiliation last minute intentionally. She does not want to work for people with physical disabilities but feels awkward about putting a sign on her business about it so then lies to them and sabotages their schedule.
