This time my poor little is not herself…read more Sadly she is experiencing some back issues which is keeping her from moving around comfortably. She lays down then upon trying to get up she struggles. So I called Lisa and explained the situation to her so when I drop off my dog they know what to expect. Got to say Lisa has such a great staff. When I arrived there was no issue one of the groomers came right and picked up my dog very carefully and brought her in to get prepped for grooming. Honestly I did not know what to expect with regards to how she was during the time she was being groomed. Apparently she did really good, no squirming, no wincing or crying in discomfort. It pays to always communicate any problems concerns or issues before you drop your dog off this way everyone is on the same page. Great job Le Beastro!

She sends me a text as soon as they are done (takes about an hour). Debra, the woman at the front desk, is extremely helpful. We have even purchased a few treats, including their birthday cake (as seen in the photos). Even if you don't have a dog, go inside and take a look. The store is so inviting & well stocked!

I was told I would get a 20% discount coupon in my email. Never came. I called prior to my appointment and was told they had everything on file and would give me the coupon at the register. I showed up for my appointment and they didn't have the reservation, after it was confirmed. I was turned away. They couldn't accommodate my dogs. They asked if I would like to re-book. We left him overnight and he came back with bumps all over his body and head, scratches everywhere. They claimed he was the aggressor- despite being completly fine all the other times we went to daycare. We asked many times to see the recordings and they denied us access to seeing it. Hoping we'll give up. Mitch- the manager is not good either, he claimed he'd call me back serval times and I had to keep calling. Eventually he stops replying. Don't send your dog here.

Additionally they tried to add back in a $15 fuel surcharge which they did remove. The groomer then said her ears needed to be cleaned and nails done which was not the case as the vet had already did that. Lastly because of the last minute increase, I said to cancel the upgraded treatment, which the groomer claimed was only $10 less when I was quoted a $15 price. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the pricing change and asked the groomer to have the owner call me, but i never heard back. The groomer did do a good job, but I will not return.
