She lays down then upon trying to get up she struggles. So I called Lisa and explained the situation to her so when I drop off my dog they know what to expect. Got to say Lisa has such a great staff. When I arrived there was no issue one of the groomers came right and picked up my dog very carefully and brought her in to get prepped for grooming. Honestly I did not know what to expect with regards to how she was during the time she was being groomed. Apparently she did really good, no squirming, no wincing or crying in discomfort. It pays to always communicate any problems concerns or issues before you drop your dog off this way everyone is on the same page. Great job Le Beastro!

He clearly has decades of experience, and loves what he does with a sincere passion. He has a very clear routine that helps each pip feel right at home in his presence. He also talked me through the whole experience when I picked our girl up, just to let me know how it all went and how she felt about it. There is no doubt that Joey genuinely loves the "children" (as he warmly refers to the pups) that come in. The cut itself came out great. No knicks or scrapes, and the length is exactly what we had asked for. He also did a great job balancing out the tricky parts of the face and head (we have a Goldendoodle, so the mustache, beard and eye can be pretty particular). The cut is only 5 days old now and is growing in really nicely. This man is SPECIAL, guys. I am so relieved to have found a groomer I can trust so implicitly!

Nail trims have always been a huge issue for us, especially at the vet. They would leave his nails too long, and over time the quick kept growing out, turning his nails into literal bear claws. It got to the point where I didn't think we'd ever get them back to a normal, healthy length. I originally found Jess for my labradoodle Mabel and just happen to ask her about my Louie's nails . Not only did she trim his nails as short as safely possible, she did it with incredible gentleness and patience. Louie was calm, comfortable, and completely at ease -- which NEVER happens. But what truly sets Jess apart is her knowledge and care. She's actively working on helping the vein recede over time so his nails can return to a normal length instead of those "eagle talons." Who even does that?! That level of attention, skill, and dedication is so rare. Jess doesn't just groom -- she genuinely cares about your dog's long-term health and comfort. Although it was convenient, it definitely was not easy (my dogs are cray) and I'd rather just pay someone to clean my dogs for me. They do have everything you need, though. The tubs are high and they give you instruction on how to use the soap and water and blowers. They provide you with aprons and as many towels as you need but again, we have Shibas and when they're shedding, it can be horrendous. Which brings me to about a month ago when I was searching for a groomer that could really make a dent in their shedding issues. Shibas don't really shed badly throughout the year but when spring and winter come, they have what can only be described as fursplosions, where they shed their undercoats and the fur comes off of them in tufts. It's crazy. Their butts look like shapely little Corgy butts, the Kardashians of the dog world. I requested a quote through the Yelp app and Dana got back to me super fast. I ended up making appointments for the next day. They offer the Furminator treatment for an extra $10 and it's worth every penny. We've gotten our dogs back from other groomers and you can still see tons and tons of fur coming off but this is probably the first and only time we've gotten our dogs back home and after petting them a few hundred times, not one hair fell to the ground. They got ALL the shed fur, ya'll! That like, NEVER happens! The cost is reasonable, about $45 per dog which is a little bit more that what we've paid elsewhere but I don't mind paying if they're getting out every single shed fur that exists. We don't have to bring them often so I am definitely going to use them again.
