Happy Up, a place that always manages to put a smile on my face. I've been shopping at the Happy Up…read moreClayton location for about 6 years now and have always wanted to check out this location. Since my family and I had to do some holiday shopping, we decided to make the trip out to finally check out the store! Compared to the Clayton store, this location is much much larger. Probably 5 times larger. But besides the size, nothing else is different. The same great selection of toys, super knowledgeable/friendly staff, and an incredibly fun time. My family and I spent a little over two hours at the store. The first hour trying to figure out what to get gift-wise, and the other hour we explored the store. The staff was very patient while my kids were playing with cars, riding scooters, pushing buttons, and staring at the big rubber chicken head. We had a blast! If you've never visited Happy Up before, it's basically the only toy store you should ever shop at. Forget the big box stores, these toys are carefully chosen, tested, and priced very reasonably. Check them out for any of your toy needs for all ages!

They have a great selection, everything from seasonal (currently Easter) toys, to dress up, stuffed animals, puppets, baby toys, books, board games, tonies, art supplies and so much more! The staff were helpful and friendly but let us roam around with our toddler without feeling rushed or pressured. All of the products appeared to be good quality and we felt good shopping local rather than Amazon. We ended up purchasing a neat little book that tells an audio story. They had others that were my first Bach book, my first Mozart, my first Ballet etc. that were more musical and less story. So much neat stuff, we spent quite a while in the store and I foresee us coming back for future holidays and birthdays.

They had a large selection of both current and past sets, a huge display of Lego mini figures and 2 bug areas for bulk Lego pieces. I took my son and daughter up there to shop and the owner spent a lot of time time walking us through the store sections and showing us what was available. I browsed the Certified section of pre-owned Star Wars sets and left with some really well priced and desirable Clone Wars Jedi Star Fighter sets that were complete in box and very well priced. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and even helped me with a few trade-ins on some of my old sets. I will be back and I highly recommend you shop here for all your Lego needs.

This store was very crowded and too much inventory being moved around during business hrs in my opinion. Every direction was a new bed of items being pushed in your direction. My shopping experience was pretty much dodging the inventory staff and moving out the way. This store needs and overnight inventory shift . The positive of this is at least the product is coming in at this location. Others stores I have been too shelves are bare!!! Guess with that being said I'll shut up and be more appreciative of workers and inventory :)
