She came to his home and knocked and knocked. And knocked announcing herself. His vehicle was outside the complex. He of course evaded as he'd done via Sheriff attempts prior to hiring Judith. She then asked my neighbor if she had seen him. It became disruptive. She eventually gave up knocking (at my request) and left documents at his door. She was unaware if she could provide "proof of service" I desperately needed to provide judge. I went to court again. Judge asked for this form "200" that I could not provide. Judge dismissed case. I am now harassed in my home and stalked at my work unprotected. Oh- according to courthouse self help center- she could have proved me to form. It was a legitimate serve.

Not only did he respond faster than a pizza delivery guy, but he quoted me an amazing price despite it being a last-minute, urgent cake mission. Like, I could almost hear him say, "Cake? No problem." Then, the real magic happened. Santos sent me photos of him arriving at the bakery, a screenshot of the GPS routing him to my sister's home (he's basically the cake delivery GPS whisperer), and even a shot of the cake safely at my sister's doorstep like a true cake hero. Santos's service was above and beyond anything I could have ever expected--professional, friendly, polite, and seemingly part-time superhero. She arrived in 30 and somehow had my package there just past 1. I don't know how she did it, but was professional, quick, a woman of her word, and her van is adorable too. (I had a courier show up in a hoopty once, so that's big with me.) She texted me upon arrival, solidified details, and gave me full confirmation after delivery and emailed me a receipt. She really is quite affordable, even with my emergency, last minute delivery. No crazy charges, no hidden fees, no weird "you pay me $3/minute of traffic" bull. I like when businesses are straight-up and she nailed it. I had a unique situation because I ordered an express replacement yesterday due to my phone breaking and needing to get it replaced before I leave out the country tomorrow. I was in heavy communication with Apple, and as soon as it arrived in Los Angeles they alerted me. They told me I can go pick it up and they removed the normal restrictions they put on their packages due to my unique situation. I called the FedEx customer service because this location does not have a dedicated phone line (moot point) and they confirmed the package was there. I asked if it was ready for pick up and can I go grab it now, and they said yes with the upmost confidence. I did not trust it so I told him to make notes on my account just in case, as I hate waisting trips. I ended up going up there earlier today around 11ish and that is when I met Maryanne. The angel sent from heaven!! She greeted me when I walked in while she was helping other guests. First good sign of excellent customer service. Then when I got to her I informed her about what was going on she asked for my information. I was not ready and could not find my information for the strangest reason, so she took other guests until I found my information. Once I did she took everything and told me that my package was consolidated and I could not get it until that was rectified. Normally they could do it but they were short staffed today and it was mixed in with 1,000 packages of regular mail due to the weight. She saw my look of disbelief and I explained to her the situation customer service told me, but she already informed me previously that they did not accept phone calls so no one at their location told me anything. She said she can take my number down, and if they have a slow period around 2pm when the next person comes in she will look herself to see if she can find it. She said if she didn't call that means they did not get slow. The rest of the day went by and around 4pm I got some free time so I decided to take the chance to see if by chance they had found it and forgot to call. When I walked in, Maryanne was still there and told me she could not find it. She showed me her hands (looked as if they were ashy from sorting through packages) and I believed her and knows she tried her best. They started to get busy and she asked the supervisor is possibly anyone else would be able to look for it while the other representative and her took care of the customers waiting in line. I waited to the side about 30-40 minutes waiting. I was drafting up a an email to the executive office to voice my concerns on how everything went down no fault to the location itself. Just being promised something that obviously would not occur tonight. As I am halfway through the email, the supervisor comes up and says are you "LJ" I said yes and she explained to me that she somehow luckily found the package. She explained to me what consolidated means, and that this is not normal on saturdays and when short staffed. However, she said luckily she knew what to look for, and only looked due to Maryanne's persistence to help me get my package. I want to sincerely thank Maryanne, and the supervisor for helping me get my package tonight and ensuring I have happy travels, versus the latter. I want to remind the people who come to this location, to give them a chance, and actually leave good reviews not just bad ones when things don't go your way. The staff here is nice and genuine when it comes to problems, and I saw how helpful they can be when I witnessed them assisting other customers. I understand there may be company policies that prevent me from expressing my appreciation monetarily, but I sincerely hope this gesture conveys my genuine gratitude for your hard work and efforts.
