Located on the lobby floor of the Signia Hilton in Bonnet Creek, Muse offers Starbucks-made coffee,…read morea variety of baked items, including a couple that are gluten-free, ice cream, breakfast and lunch sandwich items, lots of snacks, and both canned and bottled non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Just keep in mind that all the pricing is hotel pricing, meaning you're spending a lot more than you normally do on everything. If you want an iced cold brew, you'll spend at least $8. A deluxe croissant breakfast sandwich will cost close to $25. If you want any snacks with that, add another $10 to $30, depending on what you get. The service is okay, depending on who takes and makes your order. One day, I ordered a 20-ounce iced cold brew, but they gave me the wrong size, which was annoying. Will the walk-in, take-out cafe do? Well, it depends if you want just to grab something for your room or sitting in the lobby, or do you want something more sit down, or just grab your car or ride share to take a 15-minute drive to Disney Springs. It works for convenience, and you'll be caffeinated at least. But it comes at a cost.

I ask the barista if my sandwich is in the oven right now and he said yes. Another 10 mins later, I see him checking the oven and the two other workers realized there is no sandwich in the oven. Only at that moment, they realized they put the wrong sandwich in the oven to begin with and it's just been sitting on the countertop. The person who took my order started laughing with her coworker. Another 5 mins later, I finally get my sandwich. They didn't apologize for the wait and just handed it to me. They were completely unprofessional. If I wanted to wait 25 mins, then I would had went to one of the nearby restaurants. This was completely unacceptable and these people know nothing about customer service.

A giant bun section open for the perusing, a wide open dining room with tranquil murals all over the wall. This is a good place to spend some time at and eat. Service is very friendly. At peak time of day, the buns always refill super fast. The dim sum orders took some time to make their way out to our table, but that's ok. I think this place does an insane amount of take-out business. Food was dynamite. Just look at those buns. Adorned with plenty of toppings that pack a wallop of flavor. Always moist and fluffy and the perfect levels of sweet and/or savory. One could make a breakfast, lunch, and dinner out of this section alone. The dim sum, though, that's what left the biggest impact on me. Dim sum places, I feel like, are trying to capitalize on the popularity and offer smaller and smaller portions. Small dumplings, poorly-filled buns, smaller meat-to-filler ratios, etc. Not Bakery 1908, though. They charge premium prices for them, but what you get are huge, plump, properly filled, and packed with flavor. Just wow. Overall, this is a great place. A very unique and important addition to the Orlando food landscape. I'll keep coming back as needed.

However note that the parking lot is very limited, I can only imagine what the traffic and parking is like during the daytime. The blueberry cheesecake is my absolute favorite! When I visit again I will definitely make sure to snag one of these to eat. It's not too sweet which is great and the blueberry filling really adds to the overall taste of the dish. The matcha fruit tart was okay to me, nothing really stood out. But the strawberry pudding is very fruity. I will definitely have to return to try some of their other bakery buns and the hot food items!

Located inside the Disney Swan Resort so it's very convenient if you're staying at the hotel…read more Prices will reflect that convenience. I went in between the breakfast & lunch rush and was the only customer at the time. They had 3-4 people working (or just standing around chatting) The cashier that rang me up was not friendly, I asked her why the prices of the matcha latte was the same for the small or large size? Mumbled something to me that I couldn't understand and looked bothered I was even asking a question, even tho the shop was dead empty. My drink ... was meh and overpriced. Even tho I stayed at the resort a week, I didn't bother to return here. Walked off campus to find better options, get fresh air, and not have terrible customer service.

The prices were so steep, but I suppose that is really just the overall vibe at Disney. I purchased…read morea single slice of carrot cake and it was $13. I would say the slice could feed 2-3 people and I ate it in portions. The taste was rich and delicious. I also purchased the chicken cordon blue sandwich and I enjoyed that. I asked them to toast it for me and they did! Everyone working here was so kind and helpful. The convenience of this store (being located directly in the hotel) makes it so that I would definitely stop by again if I was staying here, however I think that the pricing is a bit predatory.

It was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced not overly sweet like other places, just creamy and delicious. The detail on the latte art made it feel a little extra special (because yes, presentation matters!). Prices were pretty average for the area, especially considering you're at Disney. But honestly, that first sip? Worth it. If you need a little pick-me-up while walking around Disney Springs, this is an easy yes. Incredible flavor, great quality, and exactly the caffeine boost I needed. I went later in the evening so no wait!

There were 2 customers in store, INCLUDING US!!! Ticket #36 he proceeded to give a half hearted apology and didn't offer to pour the cup, just stood there dumb founded and let his coworker do his job. I told him he dropped the ball in his service and just to do better.
