I also noticed a 5% service charge, even though this is a counter-service rest. When our salad arrived, we had to ask for the extra plate we had already requested. Then we found a long black hair in the salad. Not ours as my aunt & I both have blonde hair. So we stopped eating immediately. The restrooms were also dirty, including the toilets & walls.
