That saved be some time by ordering the inspection early on, because the City inspectors are backed up big time. Two great suggestions! Ronnie is honest, kind and knowledgeable - he told us we likely had an issue with water leaking through the shower door track. He recommended a handyman when we asked who could help replace our shower door. Once we addressed the source of the leak, Ronnie came back. Had a small hole cut in the wall to confirm the surrounding wood & drywall didn't have mold or extensive damage, which was a huge relief. He showed us pictures as well. Hole was patched up within hours. He and Diego let us know when everything would be dry and ready for prime and paint (which we did ourselves). Our house was supposed to be completed in 2015, and Jim and his daughter have repeatedly failed to take any responsibility toward completing their commitments and rectifying the issues with the poor construction. Seriously!?!? They will take hundreds of thousands of dollars from you, fail to properly manage the project, ask for money in advance to help them pay their subcontractors and labor, and then fail to ever complete the job. Each time I follow up on the list of items that were poorly constructed or never completed, they have no recollection, or I am told it is someone else's fault.
