The following Saturday, I waited throughout the whole window, and they did not show or contact me letting me know. Supposedly the technician had another "emergency." So we rescheduled yet again for the next Saturday... (third Saturday in a row at this point), the tech came and stayed for 6 minutes, and told me he would come back and fix it at a later date. That later date was scheduled by their office manager, and wouldn't you know it, they did not show and didn't notify me again. Come to find out they were the company that originally did the "handy work" on the property I live in that I've had several issues with since moving in. If I were a property manager I would stay FAR away from this company, there's no way they're cheap enough to make the poor quality work and service worth it.
