I am writing to formally complain about the incomplete repairs performed on my vehicle…read more The insurance company approved and paid for repairs that included replacing my damaged tire and the tire valve stem associated with the rim, as reflected in the insurance estimate. However, when my vehicle was returned to me, these repairs had not been completed. After noticing ongoing concerns, I took my vehicle to another repair shop for an inspection. I was informed that the tire was completely damaged and unsafe to drive. I was further advised that driving on the damaged tire could have resulted in another accident, placing my safety and the safety of others at risk. I have attempted to contact your business several times by telephone to discuss this matter, but my calls have gone unanswered. I am requesting that you: * Explain why the approved repairs were not completed despite receiving payment. * Reimburse me for the cost of the repairs I was forced to obtain elsewhere, or otherwise compensate me for the incomplete work. * Respond to this letter within 10 business days.

I've had the opportunity to work with CJ on more than one occasion, including purchasing a car from…read morehim and later having him repair it after it was damaged. Every experience has been positive. CJ is knowledgeable, honest, and clearly takes pride in the quality of his work. What stands out just as much as his skill is the way he treats people. He has a way of making customers feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. One thing I really admire is his humility. If you walked into the shop, you probably wouldn't even know he was the owner because he's right there working alongside everyone else and treating every customer with the same level of attention and respect. If you're looking for someone you can trust who does quality work and truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend CJ and his team.

- **If your car ends up here, double-check every line of…read morethe invoice.** I didn't choose Seven Star Towing--CHP did. That's how this place operates: they're contracted by law enforcement, so you have no say in where your vehicle goes. While the staff weren't rude (Erika in particular was helpful once I raised concerns), the overall experience was frustrating and felt like a **rigged system with no accountability.** They initially charged me **$953.63**, including: - **Over 2 hours of towing**, even though the trip from my location to their yard shouldn't have taken that long. - **Four full days of storage**, starting on April 11--even though, based on my later review of my Tesla's Sentry Mode footage, the tow didn't even happen until **11:23 PM on April 11**, and my car wasn't in the yard until **after 12:38 AM on April 12**. I caught the **invoice discrepancies while sitting in their office** and pointed it out. After some back and forth, they refunded **$112.38**, which tells you everything--you have to catch their errors in real time, or you'll be overcharged. Even after I paid, I waited **nearly an hour** to get my vehicle released. The staff themselves weren't the worst part--it's the fact that this place operates with **zero consumer choice and minimal oversight**, and you're expected to just pay and go. If you ever end up here, **review your paperwork closely** and, if you can, **check your own dashcam footage.**
