Moti was the first to respond and the only one who gave me an appointment to look at the wall that needed repair and give an estimate. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS A**HOLE…read more My building needed someone to install a barrier (fence). The barrier is commonly available from a number of sources (Granger has it). It takes two dozen screws to install - drilled into concrete. First, he took our money to make the order with a markup (fine). Then, "the wrong barrier came in and I'm waiting for a replacement". Next, "the barrier was in and he was going to schedule". Next, "the package with the barrier was stolen". He's never shown up, he took our money, he hasn't returned it. He's a horrible, horrible, incompetent crook. If you use him/them you'll be very sorry.

They absolutely delivered. They installed three ceiling fans, added proper ground boxes, and completely redid sections of unsafe wiring that was old, brittle, and poorly handled before. What really stood out was their professionalism, they documented the entire process with photos, which gave me total peace of mind. Most importantly, my mom is extremely happy, and I feel so much better knowing her home is now significantly safer. Reliable, transparent, and clearly takes pride in their work. Highly recommend. I hired GroundElectric for a major electrical upgrade at my home in the Bronx, and the experience…read morewas excellent from start to finish. This was not a small job. It included a full service upgrade from 100A to 200A, a new panel, grounding and bonding throughout the house, correction of multiple inspection issues, new lighting, bathroom exhaust fan installation, staircase lighting, GFCIs, and additional interior work once the project was underway. Yonatan and his team handled all of it professionally, safely, and by the book. What stood out most was the level of care and transparency. Yonatan took the time to walk the house in detail, explain what was required by NYC code versus what was optional, and clearly outline the scope before any work began. When additional work made sense after opening things up, it was discussed first, priced clearly, and documented properly. No surprises. The crew was punctual, respectful of the home, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work is impeccable. The panel is clean and well-labeled, and everything functions exactly as promised. This is the kind of electrical work you want done once and done right, especially in an older NYC home. I would absolutely use GroundElectric again and recommend them without hesitation.
