He walked me through what he and his company planned to do and explained everything clearly in advance, which I really appreciated. He also worked with us to stay within our budget, which meant a lot. They arrived right on time and tackled a pretty massive tree trimming project for us -- one 70-ft tall eucalyptus tree and two very overgrown 40-ft ficus trees. They trimmed a significant amount off all three trees, and the results look great. Ernesto brought a crew of four, and I could tell right away they knew exactly what they were doing. They showed up with two large, new-looking industrial trucks that hauled away full loads, which made the whole process very efficient. What impressed me most was how thorough they were. Not only did they handle the tree work beautifully, but the cleanup was also perfect when they finished. They made sure all the debris was gone ( Backyard and Street areas) and even moved everything in our backyard back to where it originally was.
