Was charged $60 for a fill when they advertise a fill as $25. When asked why it was the same price as a full set I was told "for fixing a nail, design, and shape". They fixed one nail, the rest they left, fixing one nail at every other place I've gone to has been no charge. I kept the shape the same as what I already had so it should not have been an up charge . The design is uneven. On top of the extreme price the nails are way too thick and uneven. Very disappointed, would never consider returning unless receiving a refund for the very poor job. Wish I could get my time and money back. read more

The ladies here always do a great job but plan for 1-2hrs+ depending on what you're getting done because they're almost always busy. The staff multitasks so 1 person may start on you, then you wait, then someone else may finish. They're trying to get everyone done as quickly as possible so just be patient & don't come here in a hurry. Expect to wait & you'l leave with great nails & no disappoinment. read more

This was my first time here and my first time getting acrylic nails. I had some pictures of what I wanted. There was no wait really, maybe 10 minutes. When I was seated I did have to wait maybe another 10 or 15 minutes though before someone came to work on me. I had never gotten acrylics and I'm kind of uneducated when it comes to doing nails in general, so I didn't know what to ask for really. The woman working on me had a thick accent and was wearing a mask the whole time which made it infinitely harder to understand her. She mentioned me getting dip and I didn't know what that was. I just repeated that I wanted acrylic nails. But then after more confusion we ended up going with dip still with me having no idea what it was. I thought it was an alternative to acrylic. Because I had such a hard time understanding, I didn't feel comfortable asking a lot of questions. Turns out dip is a more expensive color option as opposed to regular polish. This made my bill a lot more without me knowing it but it was too late by the time of paying to do anything about it. I had shown her pictures of what I wanted and she said no because it would take too long. I thought that was odd. She didn't offer an alternative either so I just said one color was fine. And it was another confusing ordeal picking out the right color. I also don't think everything was very hygienic. The emery board looked used, things like that. In the end, I ended up liking the overall look of the nails and that's why I am giving them 3 stars. UPDATE: After a week with these nails, I really dont reccomend this place. Around my cuticle area where the dip ends looks like it wants to come up off my nail and it's only been a week. read more

I have come here for years, simply because it is local and for convenience. I made an appointment in advance for today at 3:30 PM, I was not seen until 4:30 PM. I made it very clear when I scheduled the appointment, when I arrive, when I checked in on the paper, and to my nail tech, that I wanted a shellac pedicure. I was given a cold pedicure with a polish. This was my second time going and they cut my skin.. blood everywhere... the designs are un-even and the nails are not proportionate. There's a hair permanently in my nail. I paid $65 dollars for a set of nails that shouldn't have costed that much. They were nice but not good at their job. I am very disappointed, I went to another nail place and they were sorry for me. I also went with my friend and she wanted a fill and they charged her $60 and same thing they were not what she asked for, the nails were not proportionate and just bad. I want my money back. There's honestly zero point in making an appointment here because regardless you'll be waiting. Valerie is the best in my opinion (I get a fill for acrylic). This is the only place I like around here but it is extremely annoying that they always keep me waiting and are never on schedule. It could be a little cleaner in here too. My sister-in-law and I decided to get our nails done here. I needed a fill in and she got her shellac done. 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment the nail tech started on my nails. She said they were old (only 3 months since first put on) and said she needed to remove them. I assumed she would have soaked them to remove them but instead each acrylic nail was pried off with an almost letter opener type tool. If I winced bc of the pain I received a look. In the end my nails were left extremely brittle, huge ridges in them, and one nail bed bleeding. I had her clean them up as much as she could and polish them. My sister in law noticed that the shellac polish was quite thick and was not laying right on some nails. We do not plan on going back ever. read more

asked for a shellac manicure. sat there for over an hour and walked out with this. i'm not sure who the nail tech was, but she seemed very careless throughout the process. i wouldn't mind so much had i not paid $30 for something I could've done to myself at home. read more

I went there for my first time last week with my friend and had the time of my life! We were greeted right away with a smiling face. They got started on our nails right away and they are the best white tip acrylics I've ever had! The nail art is awesome! They were so kind too! I just got back from getting a pedicure there and I was extremely relaxed. My nails look amazing! She did a fantastic job on my nail art today too! I found my new favorite nail place. :) read more
