The bed for lash service was "contoured/curved" and so comfy. I usually toss and turn during a long service, this was a very comfortable experience. The salon is also very spacious with dedicated rooms. You don't feel constrained. The service was really good. My aesthetician inquired about my preference of lashes - classic or hybrid and also level of desired fullness. The end results were amazing, so full and great quality. I can't speak for longevity yet but I have very good feeling. We also connected very well, she was very enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly. Just can't say enough good things! The only unexpected thing for me was no lash bath, I'll ask if they do it next time. I'm using to have lash baths as part of the service. It's just a personal preference really. I found that salon's availability is great. I was able to book the next service with no problem. It works very well for my schedule. Lastly, don't be intimidated by parking. Ask the salon about a discount code for parking for designated areas or find nearby lots. There's quite a few with the closest being across the street. Their services are tailored to your skin concerns. I talked to a few aestheticians during my visit. They were incredibly friendly experts and open to answer any skin-related questions. In terms of services, I was interested in coming in for a facial (just need to find the time). Signature Facial was recommended to me for a starting service. Following this service, aestheticians recommended trying Glo2Facial for extra skin sparkle. It was recommended as the most exfoliating service. The services are pricey but given the expertise and ambiance, it feels very justified. The spa offers convenient memberships and payment plans for clients. I plan to book my first service next time I'm visiting SoulSpace and PureFyx. It's very convenient to make a day of it - sauna at SoulSpace, juice and healthy lunch at PureFyx, and skincare at NÜIQ! I booked easily online for a 5-minute B12 injection with nurse practitioner Mikayla. It will ask you to book for 15 minutes, but know you'll be in and out! Mikayla was approachable, warm and made me very comfortable. I would easily recommend her if she is available at booking for any future services you might need. The Well House is a really interesting historical building. It combines old roots with modern touches and the owner continues to put a lot of effort into the maintenance of the space. They have multiple floors including a halotherapy room! For accessibility purposes, an elevator is available for use. If you're a consistent high-end spa goer, they do offer membership packages. Why offer a complimentary follow up if you are going to treat a customer like this? Also this complimentary appointment was unable to be rescheduled as complimentary and that was not communicated when making the appointment. She is not mindful of her customer's time and does not respect them enough to even communicate with them face to face. This makes for a poor relationship between customer and client. No matter how "good" your work is. The one thing that sets you apart in this industry is your customer service.
