Trouvé keeps claiming I have cancelled multiple appointments going back years. But those…read morecancellations weren't apparently intolerable enough to end the relationship when they occurred. In reality they are peeved that I posted my honest online review. Years ago when they were in a nondescript office complex, they did not enforce their cancellation policy. Over nearly a decade I cancelled 3 appts (they were petty enough to comb their records & check) and that is only because I was genuinely sick. If I had to pay fees for these missed appts I never would have continued services here & definitely would not have pre-paid thousands in cash for 6 microneedling treatments in 2026. They do not do anything special in comparison to other medspas and the only reason I kept going here is to not get hit with surprise rules (like this newfound enthusiasm for previously unenforced policies). They recently moved to a new building which now they apparently have to pay out the wazoo for and suddenly they are enforcing anything & everything to wring you dry. They also see fit to arbitrarily double these fees whenever they feel like it from $75 to $150 w/ no rhyme or reason. Do not believe the sweet as pie "girl how you doin" jazz. They are 2-faced mean girl bullies to the core. They finally canceled my upcoming appointment and have agreed to refund me my remaining balance, which I asked for 3 months ago bc I do not feel comfortable with these people. At that time they refused to refund me bc it was against their "policy." Well what do you know another policy has changed overnight!! Another Trouvé sleight of hand. There will be many of those.Half of my sessions were also performed by non-RN's for procedures that are not just surface level peels but more invasive like microneedling. This is certainly not anything I have encountered at other med spas at this price point. Here's where it gets good : They had the nerve to: 1.) email, 2.) text AND 3.) send me a typed letter to my home about my future appt they were canceling and the return of my balance as if I am being canceled a front row seat with the Pope & not being given the favor of no longer having to frequent some dodgy medspa. I guess some people (rando nobodies who have gotten in over their heads with expanding their business) just have to do things in triplicate w/o addressing the real reason they're angry to make themselves feel vindicated. Ok divas: if you are holding onto someone's money she prepaid give it back to her when she no longer wishes to do business with you and your passive aggressive tendencies can remain in the dark & reviews would not expose you. The nerve they had to act like it was all their idea in the first place to refund me my money and cancel my appointments, using such emphatic language to boot LOL keep the letters coming. Next are you going to get a hot air balloon in front of my house telling me my appointments are canceled? A message in a bottle by way of Lake Erie? ‍ Smoke signals? Bc you have exhausted the known communications technologies of Western civilization. The Trouvé experience: getting hit with ridiculous fees out of nowhere (& have them double!) and then when you're puzzled about it get told they are suddenly enforcing policies that have been dormant for the entirety of the business. Ask to have your cash balance returned and future appts cancelled & they refuse & then have them abruptly change their mind be they rewrite policies to favor their interests and not the consumer. Have invasive procedures performed by estheticians not RN's. Expose them and watch them throw a hissy fit but in person experience profound cognitive dissonance when they "heyyyyy bestie!" you (ie empty playacting devoid of sincerity.) A medspa sells something unusually dependent on trust, reputation and atmosphere. Prospective clients are wondering, Are these people competent? Will they treat me well? Is this place worth the premium for expensive elective treatments? Answer: RUN! Avoid these mercenary snakes!

But the experience blew me away to the extent that it will be my permanent salon for lash fills. It was fantastic all around! The space is centrally located in downtown Cleveland (West 6th). It's a gem for anyone who lives downtown or nearby. Personally, I'm traveling 20 minutes just to come here and would travel even further. The space is clean, stylish, and gives off a very calm, welcoming vibe. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. The furniture and decor at this place deserve a separate paragraph. The place is decorated with refined taste and gave me upscale country chic vibes. The bed for lash service was "contoured/curved" and so comfy. I usually toss and turn during a long service, this was a very comfortable experience. The salon is also very spacious with dedicated rooms. You don't feel constrained. The service was really good. My aesthetician inquired about my preference of lashes - classic or hybrid and also level of desired fullness. The end results were amazing, so full and great quality. I can't speak for longevity yet but I have very good feeling. We also connected very well, she was very enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly. Just can't say enough good things! The only unexpected thing for me was no lash bath, I'll ask if they do it next time. I'm using to have lash baths as part of the service. It's just a personal preference really. I found that salon's availability is great. I was able to book the next service with no problem. It works very well for my schedule. Lastly, don't be intimidated by parking. Ask the salon about a discount code for parking for designated areas or find nearby lots. There's quite a few with the closest being across the street. I would highly recommend this salon for someone looking for relaxation, refined experience, and convenience. I look forward to trying other services at this salon.

Your newest destination for glowing skin!…read more NÜIQ Wellness Lounge & Med Spa is such a valuable addition to Gordon Square neighborhood! I'm a regular at SoulSpace and PureFyx, and finally recently visited NÜIQ Wellness Lounge for Mother's Day open house. NÜIQ is a high-end med spa with sophisticated interior design - innovative lighting and comfy velvet couches. We don't have spas quite like this one in Cleveland. It's crème de la crème. They offer a wide range of services - facials, injectables, IV therapy, diagnostic services, and more! They have a lot of advanced technology and techniques. Part of their service involves facial scanning to identify how your face will age and determine key skin issues. It definitely offers you a deeper inside into your skin than regular spas. Their services are tailored to your skin concerns. I talked to a few aestheticians during my visit. They were incredibly friendly experts and open to answer any skin-related questions. In terms of services, I was interested in coming in for a facial (just need to find the time). Signature Facial was recommended to me for a starting service. Following this service, aestheticians recommended trying Glo2Facial for extra skin sparkle. It was recommended as the most exfoliating service. The services are pricey but given the expertise and ambiance, it feels very justified. The spa offers convenient memberships and payment plans for clients. I plan to book my first service next time I'm visiting SoulSpace and PureFyx. It's very convenient to make a day of it - sauna at SoulSpace, juice and healthy lunch at PureFyx, and skincare at NÜIQ! I highly recommend that you also stop by!

The Well House offers everything from massage, to facials, to halotherapy and more advanced cosmetic medical services. I assumed they were more of a serious medical spa, but they do offer traditional spa services. A friend had suggested trying a B12 shot to potentially improve some health issues I had been having. I booked easily online for a 5-minute B12 injection with nurse practitioner Mikayla. It will ask you to book for 15 minutes, but know you'll be in and out! Mikayla was approachable, warm and made me very comfortable. I would easily recommend her if she is available at booking for any future services you might need. The Well House is a really interesting historical building. It combines old roots with modern touches and the owner continues to put a lot of effort into the maintenance of the space. They have multiple floors including a halotherapy room! For accessibility purposes, an elevator is available for use. If you're a consistent high-end spa goer, they do offer membership packages. Overall, I had an extremely positive experience here and can't recommend them enough!

I agree with Fatmeh's review. They may have an aesthetically pleasing spa, but their customer…read moreservice is zero. The owner doesn't seem to understand how important it is to keep clients satisfied or to accommodate reasonable requests. They charge for consultations, while many other salons offer them for free or apply the fee toward your service. My appointment was denied with no explanation--possibly because I expressed that it's unfair to charge for a consultation without giving customers the option to apply the fee to their service. Regardless, neither the owner nor a manager (if there even is one) attempted to follow up with me. I emailed multiple times with no response. The only time I heard from them was after I booked online, when they denied my appointment and sent a short, dismissive email. After doing more research, I realized this place is highly overpriced for what appears to be low quality customer service . There are plenty of spas in the city that truly care about their clients--try NulQ Wellness, Docere, or The Well Westlake instead. Take your business there and get treated like a customer.

I never met anyone so unprofessional, and unwilling to accommodate a re-occurring customer in person. Her 10 min grace period was not honored per her policy on her website. Instead doors were locked at exactly 10 min after the appointment and she would not even talk to me as a customer to rearrange in person. This to me is really unprofessional and rude. Mind you I was there exactly at the time of the grace period ending on the dot. I even saw a worker walk away from the door as I was at the door. Even though mid drive, communication was there to let them know of this 10 min delay due to traffic. Mind you I was driving from an hour and a half away. This was a complimentary follow up appointment. Because of this, the owner was not as respectful as prior appointments. Why offer a complimentary follow up if you are going to treat a customer like this? Also this complimentary appointment was unable to be rescheduled as complimentary and that was not communicated when making the appointment. She is not mindful of her customer's time and does not respect them enough to even communicate with them face to face. This makes for a poor relationship between customer and client. No matter how "good" your work is. The one thing that sets you apart in this industry is your customer service. She also blocked me as her customer instead of allowing me to freely review on this platform. This is bad business save your money and time and go to any other med spa in the area. There is a reason there is only 5 star reviews on here she blocks her customers before they even can review!

They are not only AMAZING in the services they offer, but they are the NICEST people on the planet. Rachel (esthetic director and manager) made sure I knew every-single-step of how Botox works and the routines/procedures/payments/etc of this spa. Daniella (nurse practitioner who did the Botox) explained the procedure (I was nervous...) and even gave her email so I could check in with her anytime with any questions. By the way - she emailed me back within hours of me sending her a question and was so kind. What I LOVE about this place is how they go for a natural look. Nothing "fake" about how your Botox will look or any other treatments. I definitely did not want that fake look - and was happy to hear they dont like that look either. They are about enhancing your natural look. Since my first appointment with them, I have been back for more appointments and even use the skincare they sell there (Zo Skin Health). Seriously - my skin has never looked better. I am beyond thrilled with their services and with the products they offer. I completely 100% recommend them!
