I had a consult today with Stacey, and I enjoyed everything about the experience! The building itself is gorgeous and all of the staff are so friendly. Stacey was amazing, and I loved how she let me chat away all of my skin issues and what I'm hoping to accomplish with her. She was very informative and helpful. I can't wait to return to Stacey! read more

Trouvé keeps claiming I have cancelled multiple appointments going back years. But those cancellations weren't apparently intolerable enough to end the relationship when they occurred. In reality they are peeved that I posted my honest online review. Years ago when they were in a nondescript office complex, they did not enforce their cancellation policy. Over nearly a decade I cancelled 3 appts (they were petty enough to comb their records & check) and that is only because I was genuinely sick. If I had to pay fees for these missed appts I never would have continued services here & definitely would not have pre-paid thousands in cash for 6 microneedling treatments in 2026. They do not do anything special in comparison to other medspas and the only reason I kept going here is to not get hit with surprise rules (like this newfound enthusiasm for previously unenforced policies). They recently moved to a new building which now they apparently have to pay out the wazoo for and suddenly they are enforcing anything & everything to wring you dry. They also see fit to arbitrarily double these fees whenever they feel like it from $75 to $150 w/ no rhyme or reason. Do not believe the sweet as pie "girl how you doin" jazz. They are 2-faced mean girl bullies to the core. They finally canceled my upcoming appointment and have agreed to refund me my remaining balance, which I asked for 3 months ago bc I do not feel comfortable with these people. At that time they refused to refund me bc it was against their "policy." Well what do you know another policy has changed overnight!! Another Trouvé sleight of hand. There will be many of those.Half of my sessions were also performed by non-RN's for procedures that are not just surface level peels but more invasive like microneedling. This is certainly not anything I have encountered at other med spas at this price point. Here's where it gets good : They had the nerve to: 1.) email, 2.) text AND 3.) send me a typed letter to my home about my future appt they were canceling and the return of my balance as if I am being canceled a front row seat with the Pope & not being given the favor of no longer having to frequent some dodgy medspa. I guess some people (rando nobodies who have gotten in over their heads with expanding their business) just have to do things in triplicate w/o addressing the real reason they're angry to make themselves feel vindicated. Ok divas: if you are holding onto someone's money she prepaid give it back to her when she no longer wishes to do business with you and your passive aggressive tendencies can remain in the dark & reviews would not expose you. The nerve they had to act like it was all their idea in the first place to refund me my money and cancel my appointments, using such emphatic language to boot LOL keep the letters coming. Next are you going to get a hot air balloon in front of my house telling me my appointments are canceled? A message in a bottle by way of Lake Erie? ‍ Smoke signals? Bc you have exhausted the known communications technologies of Western civilization. The Trouvé experience: getting hit with ridiculous fees out of nowhere (& have them double!) and then when you're puzzled about it get told they are suddenly enforcing policies that have been dormant for the entirety of the business. Ask to have your cash balance returned and future appts cancelled & they refuse & then have them abruptly change their mind be they rewrite policies to favor their interests and not the consumer. Have invasive procedures performed by estheticians not RN's. Expose them and watch them throw a hissy fit but in person experience profound cognitive dissonance when they "heyyyyy bestie!" you (ie empty playacting devoid of sincerity.) A medspa sells something unusually dependent on trust, reputation and atmosphere. Prospective clients are wondering, Are these people competent? Will they treat me well? Is this place worth the premium for expensive elective treatments? Answer: RUN! Avoid these mercenary snakes! read more

I had micro needling done today by Anna . She did an excellent job. She made sure I was comfortable and went to work on my face . The experience was amazing and results super. read more

Anna was wonderful during my facial. She explained the products she was using and why. Wonderful experience.

Expert injectors who serve you as a personal aesthetic consultant rather than as a product salesperson. Samantha is incredibly passionate yet so down to earth. She knows a lot about skincare and has a lot of experience both with topical and injectable products. I trust her with my face (she is an advocate of "less is more" which means you won't leave Trouve with trout lips and a paralyzed face) and have referred my friends. Sam (Samantha Wilson) has always been extremely punctual and with her incredible emotional intelligence and congeniality she made my almost exactly 30 minute appointment today truly feel like two hours! So glad I can trust Trouve. read more

LOVE Trouve Medspa! 10/10 would recommend. My first time here a couple of years ago I was lost and did not know where to start. Stacy has been nothing but amazing! I am right around the corner from my wedding and Stacy has been there every step of the way to make sure I was lined up with all the services needed to make sure I feel and look beautiful on my special day- she really goes above and beyond! I have been getting my facials (dermaplaning and hydrafacials) with Brooke - highly recommend these as well. On top of ALL of the that the front desk staff is so welcoming. They really did hire the best of the best here! read more

I have been using Trouve Medspa services for many years. I've had nothing but the best experiences with the staff. I highly recommend Trouve for injections because they listen to what you want and deliver great results. They also stand behind their treatment for 100% satisfaction! You should make an appointment here for sure. read more

Anna was my aesthetician for the hydra facial, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the entire stuff! I felt so welcomed and Pampered. Anna truly made my experience exceptional! Looking forward to my next facial! read more

Registered Nurses Not Welcome Here. Despite being a repeat customer, my appointment was cancelled with 10 minutes notice because I'm a COVID nurse. They don't require masks, clients were entering with no PPE, but I was refused services (in an N95 mask and recently tested negative). Owner told me to "come back when you go two weeks without treating COVID patients". read more

I did the $50 light chemical peel on Groupon and totally loved it. I did Botox here and the first time, it looked great because I only did one unit for crow's feet (I'm 28 years old for context). I did some in my forehead and thought they did a great job there too but the rest of the review is specifically for crow's feet. So, after one unit for crow's feet, I loved the way it looked but it only lasted a month. I came back in to ask if it could look the same and emphasized that I absolutely still wanted some lines around my eyes but if possible, would like that exact look to last longer and they guided me to 6 units. I had gotten Botox before and told them that was way too much so they suggested 4. A week later, I have absolutely no lines around my eyes and look crazy. I am too self-conscious to socialize and there's nothing I can do but wait for 6 weeks. As a lesson to others out there, they were not conservative here in my experience. If they said I should do 6, I really should have done 2. Don't make my mistake and push back if they give you a number that seems too high - get less and then you can always go back if you need more. And if you have to go back every month then do that rather than look crazy for a month. I wish they had told me this before. They were very professional and the first two experiences I had really good ones so the last time is really disappointing. read more

I absolutely LOVE Trouve. They always take you right at your appointment time, theyre extremely kind & knowledgeable as well. What made me choose this place to get botox & filler was the openness of the prices on their website. It made me feel like there werent any sneaky secrets or cons. I have trust issues especially because these services arent exactly cheap, so I didnt want to leave & find out I owe $2k or something. The prices are extremely reasonable. I go to stacy & shes absolutely amazing. Such a talented & kind woman. I truly cant say enough about her & the other staff here! read more

This was my first time getting lip filler and I loved the results I saw on Trouve's instagram. I met with Stacie and she was so easy-going, knowledgeable, and sweet. We were on the same page with the results I wanted and she gave me several options to achieve what I wanted. She did not pressure me into picking one or the other, we discussed prices, and she gave me a time to think about what option I wanted to choose. During the process of getting my lips filled she constantly checked in to see how I was doing and showed me the results as we went along. I highly recommend Stacie and Trouve Medspa! I could not have had a better experience, I can't wait to go back, and I can't wait to see my full results! Thank you so much! read more

Love this place. Professional, clean, efficient, friendly/nice staff. I get a little squeamish around needles and they are always patient and understanding. read more

I got a purifying facial in the fall and recently got a skincare consultation and purchased products from Trouve Medspa. On both occasions, Gabriella was meticulous, in-tune, kind, and thorough. The Medspa was impeccable and the front desk woman was sweet & professional. You can honestly tell that everyone must LOVE working there, which is refreshing!!! read more

I'm returning to Trouve for my second facial today! Gabriella was so great at explaining the process, products and reasoning behind the treatment! Trouve is a beautiful, clean med spa and the staff is super friendly. Adhere to COVID precautions and you feel comfortable getting your treatment. Highly recommend!! read more

money hungry! I couldn't make my appointment because of an emergency root canal so I ask to reschedule and they're still charging me a 75 dollar cancellation fee. But I still have to pay for the facial I'm rescheduling for. Although I didn't want to cancel I wanted to reschedule It just shows at the end of the day they don't care about their clients, just the money. read more

I had microneedling done last June and I can't wait to get back in to do it again. My skin was tighter, brighter, smoother. It looked so much younger!! read more

I come to Trouvé for my hydrafacials.. Anna does a fabulous job every time! She really cares for my skin and always gives me the best advice. I am really really really looking forward to my next facial with Anna! read more

This has been by far the best med spa I've ever been to. I see Gabriella and Molly who are both very knowledgeable and friendly. They make every experience amazing from start to finish and have no problem suggesting what they think is best for you. I trust them 10000% with my face. With everything going on in the world, they have been nothing but professional and cautious to protect patients they're caring for. Both Molly and Gabriella's top priority is safety and consideration of the patient. They are cautious and understanding and never steer you in the wrong direction. The whole entire staff is nothing but welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. Thanks everyone for always making me look forward to coming to Trouvè and for changing my skin completely !! read more

I've gotten Botox from Samantha and now a facial with Gabby and they were both amazing! The front desk staff is always so nice and friendly and super efficient, I love being able to pay for my treatments in the room for some Privacy. The whole spa is super clean and minimal but welcoming. The selection of skincare products is amazing and Gabby was so helpful with giving me a simple, effective regimen. Sam came highly recommended from several friends and I can't say enough good things about her! read more

I have come here twice, for two hydrafacials, first in the beginning of June and then again a few days ago. The first hydrafacial was around $250 and this last time around $200 because of a special. It is hard to leave a review for the place overall; I'm waffling between 3 and 5 stars, and I'll explain. First, when I booked my first appointment online in June, I had a choice of two people I could choose to have the facial with on the online menu. I chose one and then got a call a day or two later that she needed to change the appointment to the other practitioner and wasn't even sure how I was able to make an appointment with the original one I chose, as I guess she doesn't give facials. Hopefully they have that worked out in their system. As a result of that error, I had to choose a different time for my facial, although I was busy that was fine. Then, as soon as I got off the phone, I got an email with a new confirmation time that was different than the new time I had to choose. So I had to find time to call them back and ask if I had the right confirmed time in mind. She said yes, I could just ignore the email she sent in error...okay. Very confusing logistics/a lot of work to just book a facial. When you get to the spa, it is inside one of those corporate industry buildings with tons of different businesses on every floor, it looks very dreary. However, once you get to the fourth floor and inside the spa, it is decorated very nicely and is clean. They have a Keurig and a water dispenser with some tea bags. The first time I went they had little snacks of trail mix you could grab. This time they had some small candies, mints, and little botox injection shaped cookies. I've never had any of the food there but it's a nice little touch, albeit it's a help yourself approach, they don't offer to hang your coat or get you a water, unlike many other spas that charge less for facials. Moving on, like any spa you have to fill out tons of details about yourself such as your allergies and medicines the first time you go. The second time I went I just had to initial a waiver on a touchpad. I had originally wanted to get a microdermabrasion as part of my first facial, but the esthetician Anna (who by herself I would leave the highest review for) suggested a hydrafacial as I'm allergic to certain metals, and she was worried that would cause inflammation. This is a relief -- someone who actually reads your medical form and helps give you personalized advice for your skin. The hydrafacial was wonderful and my skin was glowing afterwards, she also did a great job the second time and remembered tons of details about me I guess she wrote down (e.g. I was just starting a new job, my allergies, etc.). That attention to detail is what makes you want to be a regular at a spa, like I am on a biweekly basis at Woodhouse Day Spa for my nails in Pinecrest. She explains everything that she's going to do, tests new peels on your skin as a patch when you have sensitive skin instead of just slathering it on, and overall is just the expert that you're looking for. However, both times when I got the car and looked in my rearview window, there was facial clay mask left on my face, the first time on a large part of my eyebrow and then the second time on part of my lips. Fortunately I had finished my errands this time, but out of all the people in the spa, Anna nor the *three* girls at the counter checking me out could tell me I had something on my face or offer to wipe it off? And this happened twice. I feel like this is a little rude as when you're not in the dim light of the facial room you can clearly see that I need to have something wiped off my face. Also, both times that I was here the girls at the front desk seemed a little unprofessional and were all gossiping and laughing very loudly with each other instead of paying attention to the customers. The facial room is pretty close to the front desk so even when you're getting a facial and you hear spa music you hear the front desk girls talking loudly. It doesn't necessarily lend towards a tranquil spa experience, and I guess maybe because they're all young and there's so many of them with so few customers. This along with their scheduling I want to leave 3 stars for, but Anna herself is great at facials and in fact I think I recommend as the best in Ohio that I've tried so far. So I'm torn. Read through this and see if it's the place for you. read more

I got the hydrafacial with Gabriella and my skin feels amazing!! The treatment room was very cozy and clean and every staff member i interacted with was very friendly and professional. I definitely plan on returning for more treatments! read more

I used to love this place but my last few experiences have been just horrible ... I will say this isn't about my results or procedures but about the front desk / policies ...I was canceled in the past at the last min with no real apology after waiting months to get in . After trying to get in at a later date to return there was a deposit policy now in affect of 100 dollars . I reluctantly agreed and rescheduled. I had an appointment today but told the spa desk about two days before I was at a doc appt and needed to call to confirm if I needed to cancel in a bit . ( before the 24 hours policy ) I was then diagnosed with Covid so clearly needed to for sure cancel ! I then again called back to inform the spa but they did not answer . ( Closed or busy ? ) On the day of my appt I tried to cancel yet again and was told rather rudely covid was not a valid reason to cancel and I needed to still come in or lose my deposit . They said my slot time was too valuable to waste so I would forfeit my deposit due to that reason ! So my slot is valuable but my health the staffs health and other clients health is not ? I was also told they have no restrictions in place for Covid so come or don't come but if I don't I again will lose the 100 dollars ! First thing , how can you predict a Covid diagnosis ( even through I kept them in the loop during the diagnostic process ) ? Second why would I be told to come in WITH Covid to be face to face with staff and receive medical procedures with an active infection / illness ? Third , why am I seeing reviews stating others were cancelled due to Covid related reasons yet I'm required to come or lose my money ?? I found this to be very concerning health wise and also very frustrating that I've been canceled before last minute after long waits to be seen due to staff emergency with nothing to makeup for it yet if I cancel for a legit reason I lose my money ? I feel I need to dispute the charge with my bank if the decision to hold my deposit is upheld and I feel the owner needs this brought to her attention as well to possibly make this right . Money should never come before staff or client health ! read more

I am very pleased with my experience at Trouvé Medspa thus far. Molly was able to correct my gummy smile which is something I've been self conscious about for years. I was happy to know that Botox could correct this issue versus the more expensive and painful alternatives. Molly was very informative about the procedure and what to expect in the days and weeks post treatment. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable which I truly appreciate. In the two weeks following my treatment, I personally can tell a difference with my smile and I'm happy with the results. I look forward to see how long the results last and continuing treatment with Molly. I am also looking forward to try other services that Trouvé Medspa offers. read more

Great place to go treat yourself! Everyone is so nice and they don't oversell you on stuff you don't need. Samantha is awesome!!

Got a Groupon for services here and stopped by yesterday. It was my first time in and I loved it. Everyone was so nice at the desk and Natalie was very knowledgeable and friendly. I especially appreciated they didn't try to push any products on me, which I feel is almost always inevitable at places like this. read more

I dont even know where to start. I called left a message, within 6 hours got a call back from Maggie saying how sorry she was to have missed my call.. Gave me her email so I could get booked. OK- this place is simply amazing.. My facial with Anna was fabulous. I started to look at the services and I was like. hmm maybe I should cancel my lip injection appointment I had booked in Los Angeles.. BEST decision ever ! Lilia at the front desk accommodated my crazy schedule then I met Samantha! I can't even describe her, I felt so comfortable with her telling her about my insecurities it was like therapy! Ok now to the lips I told her what I wanted and they turned out gorgeous! This is my new spa.. If you are looking for a spa look no further.. Go Here! Trouve you are truly special read more

Anna gives a fantastic facial. I've had all kinds of facials here with Anna and have loved every one.

I cannot recommend Trouvé highly enough. Those working at the front desk were professional, welcoming, and kind. Also, the offices are beautiful! Love this place!!! Been going to Nicole for a few years now! She listens and does an amazing job!!

Super friendly and knowledgeable. Have been going to Daniella for years for filler and other services. Always pleased with results.

I just had the Hydrafacial yesterday, my skin really feels moisturized, exfoliated and bright. I wasn't sure what I wanted until I called and they explained the services, it was exactly what I needed. I also had a consultation about fillers to see what my options were and find a package that was right for me. read more

Everyone I've encountered at Trouve is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. From the front desk staff to the nurses and estheticians. I've gone to the office twice now to see Samantha Wilson and I can't say enough positive things! From the moment I walk in, the space and the staff welcomed me. Samantha quickly greeted me and took me back to a room where she answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. The fact that she is a Nurse Practitioner and referenced the facial muscular anatomy made me feel confident in her expertise. She was very personable and we talked about different options for injections. We decided on a moderate approach but she said if I wanted to come back for more she'd honor the price of the one day event I was able to take advantage of. I really appreciated that she didn't try to up sell any products or services but gave me an honest opinion when I asked about different services saying whether or not I would benefit from them at this time. I'm excited to get back into the office to work with Samantha again for all my medspa needs! read more
