The cakes ranges from 3-5€ and where ok, not something that would surprise you from other cakes in berlin but credit given for that it's vegan. They sometimes have 1/2 price off cakes. My rating might increase when we try the food offerings next time, nothing bad or good too say about the service. Parking can be tough

This Japanese French Patisserie just off Viktoria Luisa Platz is a little haven of deliciousness…read more Though small in size it is big on flavour and texture. The service is very polite and courteous. I have visited twice and sampled perhaps a little more than I should have but it's hard not to. The first time I ate there and the second time I had cakes to go. Core favourites remain on offer but new items are added regularly, so there is always something new to discover and enjoy with your favourite beverage. The added bonus for me is that they have real drinking chocolate made out of dark Valrhona chocolate so it's velvety with just a tiny hint of sweetness. I even found a cake that was fruity, refreshing and light enough to pass as a palate cleanser between cakes...Well that was my excuse anyway LOL! Will describe cakes when I have a bit more time :)

Wow, I love pastry but this cafe is almost over the top. My friends even made a reservation so all…read morefour of us were assured of a seat. Each and every one of the 'creations' (it seems almost absurd to call them pastries) was presented perfectly, obviously hand-crafted with much care and skill, with interesting and exquisite flavor combinations, and visually stunning. I mean you practically have to jump backwards in awe when you've approached the display case. It's a shame that you have to eat them! I tried the Earl Grey Fraise (strawberry) creation with a Yuzu lemonade since it was such a hot day. Yum! I wonder what they do with the pastries that don't come out 100% perfect (somehow I doubt that there are that many, but), I'd be willing to sit in the kitchen and snarf them up so they don't have to get thrown away, just let me know!

Katie's does this and much more (scones, cinnamon rolls, pies, cakes including vegan options). The interior is very cute, though often full of expats as it's become quite popular. The prices are fair, and the staff always nice. I don't drink coffee normally, so I can't comment on that. I'm very happy to live near here. Even if you don't, it's worth the trip.

Seriously, this place is amazing. My better half and I are here in Berlin for the next few months,…read moreand we figure what better place to test new pieces to our diet than in a diverse and welcoming city like this. One thing we are experimenting with is the ketogenic diet, which for those that know has boundless benefits with almost no risk on the other side. In our research, we came across Simply Keto.. And wow are we glad we did For starters, they have a fantastic array of keto friendly ingredients in their growing selection of groceries. Pumpkin seed flour, erythritol sweetener, even a hazelnut paste that puts Nutella to shame! Even though we've made more plant based adjustments to our diet as is, it's really cool to know that we can have guilt free pancakes anytime we want Then there's the pre made goods they have available at the cafe.. Holy wow! They work wonders to create such delicious treats and full fledged Keto meals when you're not in the mood to cook yourself For me personally, though, the best part of Simply Keto are its two owners. They are so engaging, so lovely, and their English is flawless. We've had 20-30 minute conversations with them about the ketogenic diet, and they are a wealth of knowledge ready and willing to share to anyone willing to listen. I really appreciate that I can't recommend this place enough to people who are open minded enough to "level up" the quality of their diet. You'll be happy you did

They have tea, coffee, wine, juice, soda, beer to drink. Their food is friendly to the proletarian wallet, as is the general rule for Berlin. I prefer their soups, as a couple items seem like they are microwaved to order, and the burger, while tasty, has an unwieldy, hard bun that requires a fork and knife to eat (I can't get past the American aversion to eating burgers, burritos, or pizza (ok fine, for the pizzas of Europe) with utensils. All in all--awesome place with wonderful people.
