I chose Houston Supreme Movers company because of the reviews. This was the worst mistake and…read moremoving experience I ever had. Maybe I was treated this way because I am a single mother. Gabriel at first was very professional. And I was extremely transparent in communicating my moving needs. I explained to him up front that I had several large pieces to be moved. Three armoires was the heaviest of pieces in the move. Everything had to be moved from one storage location to another location. All on the ground floor. He sent an employee named Erwin to head the move, an older man a young kid. Erwin moved very little items from the storage unit, he just stayed inside the unit and waited on the other 2 movers. FYI: I hired 3 movers total, not 2. About a hour and half into the move, Erwin got to the armoires that I mentioned to Gabriel about and stop, then I realized why he wasn't helping the other movers. Erwin stated that he couldn't move the armoires because "he had a bad back". So I called Gabriel and ask him "why would you send me a mover with a bad back" and "if Erwin has a bad back, why is he in the moving business?" And the 2 other movers were an older man and a young boy. Gabriel assured me that he would send someone else the next day to finish the move. I explained to him that I was on a time constraint, because I had to move out of the storage by the end of the month. Gabriel promised that he would make things right the next day, because I stressed to him if I hired a new company, I would have to pay another initial fee and truck fee. Gabriel again assured me that he would make things right. But next day he ignored my calls and texts, and I never heard from his company again. I lost over $500 dollars with Houston Supreme Movers because I had to pay another $350 a month in storage rent for not vacating before the first of the month, initial fee and truck fees to hire another moving company. I had to hire professional movers from Antonio's Movers who had no problem moving heavy pieces because they are professionals. Look a the picture below! Professionals!
