So I accidentally inserted the charger for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (Model 3: GT-P5210) the wrong way and when I pulled it out, a small piece of hardware from inside the tablet came out attached to the charger! I was horrified. I started looking up places on Yelp that could fix my tablet, and I found out you can request quotes from a bunch of phone repair places nearby. I requested a quote from about 10 different places and Justin was one of the first to respond and he offered the lowest price. To fix my tablet's charging port it was $60 all together, with parts & labor plus a one year warranty. Not a bad deal at all. I talked to him through Yelp messenger and set up a time to drop off my tablet. Since I am usually working during his business hours, I was able to drop off my tablet outside of his business hours. He has a drop box that goes directly into his office (a mail slot). I dropped my tablet off on Friday night (April 29th) and a month later it was ready. I picked it up on June 2nd in the morning. The guy who I dealt with in the office was incredibly friendly, he was the one who gave me my fixed tablet and I paid him. I was able to plug in my tablet right then and there to check to see if it worked, it did, and a little over two weeks later it is still working great. The only downside was how long it took to repair my tablet, it took a little over a month for it to be fixed. And that was because he had to order the parts and the first part that he got did not work properly so he had to order another one. I am definitely coming here for any other smart phone or tablet problems I have. read more

Justin fixed my iPhone 7 screen super quick! Was able to arrange a time that worked for both of us. Super affordable and would definitely recommend him to a friend! read more

This boy completely screwed me over. After going to him to get my iPhone 6 screen repaired (that he took OVERNIGHT), there was two lines left in my phone which I showed when I got my phone returned. He told me they were a result of the lcd screen being changed and they would "burn out" in a day or so. They never did. 4 days later my screen had been completely lifted up! I could literally see the inside of my phone. I had to use tape to push it down so it wouldn't snag on anything. I contacted him 10 times within a week via phone call, text and even FB message. He finally got back to me and told me he would repair his mistake. After his lack professionalism I didn't want him to take my phone for another entire night and opted for a refund. He stated he would give me a refund and NEVER did. After getting my phone repaired at an ACTUAL shop it was found he NEVER SCREWED THE SCREEN IN AT ALL! He simply used ONLY glue and left 10 SCREWS OUT!! I am warning everyone DO NOT USE JUSTIN TO REPAIR YOUR PHONE. You get what you pay for. I went to MD Wireless on Contra Costa Blvd to fix his mistake and found their professionalism superior and my phone was fixed within 30 minutes flat. read more

I am very disappointed in the customer service I received. He changed my appointment three times in one day. We finally agreed to meet the next day and I never heard from him. I tried reaching out the following day and never heard back. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. After telling me you wanted a Saturday appointment and you would meet me at my work and "whatever works best for me" you're saying you don't work on weekends? This is by far the most awful customer service I have ever experienced. read more

I came in, and Justin wasn't in. I dropped off my iPod with his dads gf because Justin wasn't there at all and also gave him a call at his office shop. Telling me he'll get back to me ASAP and he'll see what he can do for me. I've managed to call and text and I've gotten nothing back. It's been two weeks and I'm more upset and over it, I want my iPod back please. This isn't fun at all. read more

This fellow fixed my phone a month ago but ever since it's been doing crazy things like typing in letters by itself, calling people by itself, etc. call this fellow twice and so far he's ignored me. His so-called store is really his father's trucking company that Wishing now I went to a regular store that does these types of repairs. read more

Contacted dude to make appointment for repairs twice and both times he took forever to get back to me (weeks). Seems like he doesn't need the money? Is this a real business? He might be good, but I'll never know cause he left me hanging... read more

Justin fixed my S5 charger port!!!! Sooo Thankful to Justin, I was turned away several times from different repair shops. The S5 charger port is actually very difficult to replace, since its been built for water resistance. Thank you sooo much Justin! You saved my Samsung!!! read more

Wasn't quite sure where else I could in hopes of getting my Macbook fixed aside from going to the Apple Store when they told me it was at least cost me a couple of hundred $$... I found Justin after calling many places being told outrageous prices & I was happy I went here. He quoted me at a price I couldn't deny and left with my computer looking brand new again! Nice to find out he does repair laptops and computers other than just phones read more

So disappointing, Got my screen replaced about 6 months ago and have had problems ever since. Screen was lifting and now LCD is out. I took to multiple different companies after and everyone said that he used the cheapest after market screen and charged me $180. Now I can not get a hold of them and I am stuck paying $200 for a new screen with a LEGIT company.. Bottom line done waste your time. Product is cheap and you will end up spending more time & money trying to fix. read more

Gave Justin a call to get my iPhone 6 repaired. He fixed it in no time! So much faster than getting to Apple Store and going through loops to get things done. Thanks again read more

Gave Justin a text while I was at work to see if he could fix my iPhone 6 while I was at work. He got back to me pretty quick and we arranged a time to get it done and now my phone is back in action. Found Justin through a friend referral. I wasn't sure if he would be able to help me since he works on phones, so I asked if he could work on my MacBook Pro and he did. I had a completely smashed up screen on my laptop, so he got the screen ordered for me and got it back up and running like it never happened! Really nice to find someone who can help with these kind of things instead of having to pay $$$ at Apple Thanks again - will recommend read more

Easy to find and had my iPhone SE fixed after scheduling an appointment. Texted him to get a quick estimate and he got back right away! Dropped it off at my convenience when I had my lunch and picked it up first thing in the morning Easy to work with my schedule, even though I had to be without my phone for the evening... it was ready before I even headed to work in the morning like he said! I recommend him for anyone who's not in an extreme rush to get their devices repaired! read more

Very pleased with Justin's repair and timeliness. My iPhone screen was smashed and he replaced it good as new. I thought the price was reasonable. Thanks Justin! read more

Dude does shoddy work or uses shoddy parts. Had that guy put new digitizer and lcd on my s4. And while it seemed like it was fixed. As soon as pressure was added to the screen. Like trying to put a case back on it. The screen went out. Not sure if it was due to the parts used or improperly done. I would have given him a chance to fix his work after I realized that but when I went to pay him earlier (which consisted of swiping a credit card on a reader on his note) i ended up being charged triple+ the agreed amt. Which meant that it charged 180. Then day or so later it was a couple more 180s tacked on. In all honesty. It was a headache. read more
