I read some other reviews that said this same thing before I chose the store and didn't believe the other reviewers. I am telling you first hand, its true. If you rent from them, check your credit card statement every month, but better yet, rent from a different store. I am about to rent another instrument for my younger child and even if I have to drive an hour, I'll do it to find a reputable place that doesn't steal.
