That is terrible. Add to this the arrogance and lack of customer service from Brandon the customer representative. Not only did he not explain to he was going to charge me extra, and only addressed it after I asked, when I attempt to explain that I was waiting for the only hair dryer to be free he tells me, well there's nothing we can do expect give you extra towels if you want. Please do better. This isn't even about the 20 dollars. It's about the lack of customer care ( one hair dryer for 3 stations), the dismissive and arrogant behavior from Brandon, and then the resistance to even provide a contact email for the store manager. I also have noticed based on other reviews that this is not an isolated case. I've worked in customer facing roles my entire life and there is a right way and a wrong way to treat customers, actually just people in general. Rules are rules but there is a different way to deliver information and it can be done with clarity, without an attitude and in a way that makes customers feel heard and valued. I will not be returning and hope that at the very least this message leads to changes so no one else needs to deal with this.

I have been coming to this Petco for 2 years now and have noticed several disappointing changes. I…read moreused to be charged $15 for a 30 minute wash. They then changed the policy to $20 for a 45-minute wash. Recently, they changed it again to a 30-minute wash for $20.00. I have also noticed their bathrooms have been closed for months. With only one blow dryer for three stations, I also don't see how this is an equitable approach for customers and pets. I was also notified they now charge for extra attachments for the blow dryer-I was to told this after I had given my dog a bath. Thankfully I did not use any attachments. I wish this company/location was more transparent with their information, especially for the self-cleaning service. I will not recommend this place to friends and family and I will be seeking services elsewhere.

My cat usually loathes having her nails trimmed, but that was not the case at Kriser's! Matt was able to place her on the table and get her nails trimmed in no time with zero fight. She was evening letting him pet her - it was truly a miracle! The store itself has a wide array of pet food and supplies. It is clean and nicely laid out. I will be visiting here often!

We tried out a few places and Dogs Day Inn felt like a perfect fit immediately. We started with a trial day where they introduced him to the other dogs one at a time, and from there it was smooth sailing! They post tons of photos and videos of the dogs playing and causing mayhem, and you can tell that the staff loves them all so much. Beans has made a ton of friends here and it's so fun seeing them all around the neighborhood. Aside from Beans's experience, our experience as owners has been exceptional. My boyfriend is a nurse who sometimes has last-minute overnight shifts when I'm traveling for work, and DDI has been so accommodating in boarding Beans. The staff is very professional and they are super diligent with scheduling, holiday hours, email communications, etc. Just this morning I brought Beans by, not realizing that since it's the Tuesday after Memorial Day Weekend, we actually were supposed to reserve a space for him online based on limited capacity. I felt so bad for not realizing that and said I would take him home, but they were kind and understanding enough to give me a pass this time and let Beans come in for the day. It may seem small, but those kinds of actions go such a long way - especially when it was my own fault for not paying close enough attention. I really can't say enough good things. Beans (and we!!) will miss this place so much once we move later this year!!
