We hired this company for their self-serve taco bar catering, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The food arrived nearly two hours late, and during that time, the caterer wouldn't answer any of our calls, leaving us completely in the dark. When he finally showed up, the tortillas were cold and undercooked, the setup was messy, and overall the service was very unprofessional. He even had to leave and come back because he wasn't prepared. To be fair, he did offer a partial refund, but the entire experience was stressful and frustrating. We later found out that friends hosting a separate event that same day had similar issues with him. That kind of pattern is concerning and speaks to a larger issue with reliability. This was a special occasion for us, and we expected better. I hope this helps others make an informed decision.

Most recently we tried a pair of el pastor tacos along with chicken tacos. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned with a touch of guacamole to make it a well balanced dish. The el pastor...well, it blew my mind!! The combination of flavors with the thinly sliced radishes made this is a huge winner in my book! Maybe I didn't need the pico de Gallo on the el pastor, but it is such a well thought out and executed bite. A+++ In the past, we've tried the burgers and the chicken with "waffles". The waffles are actually deep fried biscuits with a wonderful glaze. I can't think of one reason why we shouldn't eat here more often.
