They were extremely rude to my grandma and I. I had an urgent xray to do and had me fill out a form that I put all my information on. After filling it all out the receptionist proceeded to try to grab the paper from my grandma and have the owner proceed to help her. I told them it has my information on it so I am going to keep it but the lady was so insisted that it had her information when there was nowhere near having her information when it was only mine. On top of that they were supposed to be back at 3:30 from lunch and didnt come back until 3:45 leaving us and a couple other people getting xrays while waiting outside for the door to be open. I took my daughter for x-rays requested by her Dr. .We called in to ask if you can schedule an appointment and the receptionist said it won't take long and that it's always fast service.I just figure that it will make things easier especially with kids,No! they only take walk-ins! We waited one hour to finally get seen,then it took another hour to start doing the x-rays.Be aware that only 1 x-ray Technician does everything!!! Absolutely, horrible why can't they get at least one more x-rays Tech.People in the waiting room,look bore and frustrated,no TV, and not even classical music while you wait.Also, the receptionist aren't even social and they seem like high school girls.No professionalism. Horrible wait time. Staff just sits around acting like they are busy. When I asked the radiologist about my knee, he said I was just getting old. Asked me if I was single and said rather than playing sports I should concentrate on finding a wife. When I came to pick up my film, said the printer was broken. They said to come in later in the week to pick up the film. I called ahead of time so that i could just come to pick it up, they said no that I had to be present to show my id for them to start printing. Why couldn't I just show my ID when I came to pick up the film? Just a horrible experience. Will definitely try to find a different place the next time I need x-rays. I would give this place 4 or 5 stars for the staff and service, but this 2 star review is for the office manager who was extremely rude. This place is definitely one of the better medical offices I've been to. My doctor referred me for a chest x-ray and I called to make an appointment. Spoke to a nice girl named Stephanie who told me they don't take appointments for x-rays and that it's all walk-ins. I guess they only take appointment for ultrasounds? When I came in the next day, there were 3 people working in the office. There were a lot of people in the waiting room so there were barely any seats. The front desk girl was really polite and told me to sign in while she helped other patients. After about 10 minutes, I was called up by a boy with pink hair. I told him I had no insurance, and he told me the price was $50, which was definitely on the cheaper end for x-rays. The guy who took my x-ray was nice and took my x-ray in a matter of minutes. I was in and out in about 25 minutes total. Overall, the staff and x-ray tech treated me very nicely and I was happy with my service. The reason this review is 2 stars is because this woman sitting in the corner of the office kept yelling at the front desk girl. I was embarrassed for her because there were so many patients in the waiting room, but this woman would not let the poor girl do her job. She was screaming frantically at "Gloria" while she was trying to call up all the patients. If she's the office manager, she should set a better example for her staff members and also set a different atmosphere for a professional workplace. The guy that did my x-ray had to come out and talk to her in some foreign language. I hope this was an isolated incident and that other patients don't have to experience that. read more

Good, everyone needs to eat lunch but when you have only one technician, then close for lunch and make that known. Technician stated that any waiting time shorter than2 hours is acceptable for this kind of service (?!) Pro: Once he got going, X-ray technician is fast and efficient. If there is a zero or negative rating, I will give a zero or negative rating. This is the worst business I have met during my whole life. This is first time I write a customer review in internet, I specifically create an account for this because I am so angry about this. On July 10, I went to the lab to take X rays. I did not have my insurance card because I just joined the company, the insurance company does not have my info in the system yet. The lab said I have to pay first in order to get the service. They would help me to file insurance to get reimbursment after I got the insurance information. Later, I asked them to file the insurance for me and they said no. So I have to file it by myself. Aetna reimbursed me partially and told me the other part should be refunded by Just x-rays because there is a contract between insurance company and the provider, I called Just x-rays many times and the person whose name is Roshow either yield to me or do not answer my phone. So I have to get Aetna to call them. After many calls and finally Roshow agreed to pay me back and she said she mailed a check to me. I have not received it, so I called them again and they said they cannot send check to me because they did not have my mailing address. I said I can tell them the address or they can refund to me to the credit card I paid them when getting the service, they said that is their policy to not refund to credit card or by mail. I have to go there to pick it up by myself. It is not a right policy. As you can see, I have spent so much time in order to get the money which should belong to me and still did not get it after 4 months. You cannot trust what they said. Which kind of business it is. I cannot imaging a business would treat their customer like this. I will write more complaint here if I still cannot get the money later. read more

I have been coming here for years. The desk staff is great. Very precise and to the point. Although I never really liked the overall attitude of the x-ray tech, I had always just chalked it up to him being busy and trying to get through today. Well, now I just think he is unprofessional. Today I came in with my wife, who just moved here from Japan. Although she speaks English, when she gets nervous, she starts to be unable to communicate in English. So I asked if it's okay to come in, in case I do end up needing to interpret. He immediately assumed shes Chinese (wrong but w/e, he is probably just not familiar with asian names). We brushed it off and corrected him. So I came in with her into the room. While making sure she was good to listen and follow his directions, I was in the room with her. He then told me to leave, saying she speaks English. Then he said "What do you think, I am going to touch her!?". If he had said it jokingly, I would have been okay, but he said so with an irritated tone. I kept my cool and just sat outside. The comment was incredibly uncalled for. Afterwards, I tried to explain the situation, and that obviously I trust him, but he seemed to just push us out with "it's a job". Thanks to the front office staff for the hard work, but unfortunately, I will not be returning to this facility. read more

How bad was it? I'm filing a complaint with the BBB! They kicked my mother out just because she didn't take off her bra when they were taking a chest X-ray. EXTREMELY Unprofessional, unethical, and unbelievably horrible in customer service! The technician shoved my mother around from the beginning and had No respect whatsoever. He even asked my mom if she spoke English!! which clearly shows he racially discriminates against his customers. If I could give a lower rating I would and I am involving my lawyer. I had a great experience getting my first ultrasound here (First visit and first time ever getting an ultrasound). Yes, the lobby isn't much to look at but the front desk staff are friendly and accommodating and the technician was awesome (ask for Cindy). The ultrasound room was clean and comfortable and Cindy was very hospitable and did the procedure quickly. Prices here are really affordable compared to other labs and hospitals and they get the job done exceptionally. I would recommend to get an ultrasound here. read more

On Thursday, I took my grandma to get a chest x-ray at Just X-Rays. I arrived around noon, and there were about four or five other people in the waiting room. The waiting room seemed small, and they still had a Christmas tree up. The receptionist asked me to sign in. I noticed that there were two names that weren't highlighted so I assumed we were third to be called. I wrote down my grandma's name and sat down with her. We waited for about 15-20 minutes when I noticed that no one had been called up yet. I walked to the front desk to ask the receptionist how long the wait time would be and whether it would be better to come another day. There was a man with glasses, whom I assumed to be the owner, standing behind the desk, talking to a boy with his hair tied in a ponytail. He looked up at me and said that the wait shouldn't be that long, and he told the boy to help call patients. The boy called the two patients that were ahead of me. I would say it was about 5 minutes before my grandma's name was called. The boy, whose name was Joseph (I heard the front desk girl call him that), asked me for my grandma's insurance and if she had been there before. I said it was her first time, and he handed me a paper to have her fill out while he went to check her insurance. As soon as I turned in the form, he told me that the wait was going to be about another 5-10 minutes. A woman came out to call one of the patients in, and the man I saw earlier came to call the next patient in. Next thing I knew, the man (who introduced himself as Carlo or Carlos?) called my grandma in. I went in with her to help translate since my grandma couldn't speak English. I was surprised to find out that I didn't need to come in because the man knew how to speak Vietnamese (he said that he was Iranian I think)! He told her to take a deep breath and don't exhale in Vietnamese, so I was very impressed. We were in and out in about 4-5 minutes. Overall, I would say it was one of my quicker experiences in a medical office, since most offices I've been to tend to have long wait times. Aside from the initial wait time we experienced which wasn't that bad, I would say everything else went very smoothly. The x-ray tech was very kind and gentle to my grandma, and she told me afterwards that she thought the way he spoke Vietnamese to her was very funny. On my way out, I asked Joseph if I had to come pick up my results, and he told me they send the results straight to my grandma's doctor! read more

Like most reviewers said it was a pretty bad experience and horrible customer service. I arrived with four people already in the waiting room the person who welcomed me was not very helpful. I gave her my xray form, she had me sign in and asked about insurance, i dont have any so she said I had to pay now. It was not as much as i thought (65) for my x-ray but must pay before you are seen which I didn't like. After an hour of waiting and not one person being seen I asked how long it would take , now two girls in reception very rudely said maybe an hour or so because of the people waiting in front of me (mind you that makes my wait time 2 hours. I was thinking of leaving but they wanted me to pay so I just stuck around. Was called in about an hour later and like people said only one man doing everything, im guessing who people say is his wife walked me into a room and didn't even close the door had me undress after I noticed the glass window in the room others mentioned but it was too late, I had undressed without seeing it (awkward). The man came in running and touched me and pushed me to get me in the right position, it was uncomfortable but literally was done in 2 minutes, not much talking to me, he left fast. I was confused so I changed back to my clothes opened the door the women there stares at me and says I can leave... okayyyy, I ask the reception girl if I will get my x-rays and without even looking at me says they will be mailed to my doctor -_- Felt super confused, horrible service, no guidance through anything. I mean if we are here we are having health issues the last thing we need is to be treated like we are nothing, specially when we are paying for it out of pocket. I brought my grandpa into have his chest x-ray and ultrasound done about a couple of weeks ago. His doctor normally sends him to Valley Radiology but I don't know why we were sent here this time. Guys, make sure when you call ahead, they don't make appointments for x-rays but they have to make an appointment for ultrasounds. We were lucky that they were so accommodating and squeezed us in between appointments! It was extremely busy and we had to wait an hour to get seen but it was OK because the front desk girl (I think Stefanie?) warned us beforehand that my gramps would have to wait long for the ultrasound. So here's a breakdown for the review of the service (it's a long one so beware): Front office: Small staff -- Two young Vietnamese ladies and a young man. Stefanie? was so nice! She was the one that helped squeezed us in the appointments. The other girl, I don't know her name but she was wearing glasses, helped my grandpa into the x-ray room and assured me that she can take care any Vietnamese translation so I only had to wait for my gramps to finish. I had to ask the young man about how soon we can get the results and he explained to us that they have a next business day guarantee and that the doctor's office would get the faxed results the next day. To be honest, I wasn't expecting any help from each of these people because it was super crowded but each and everyone of them was a pleasure to speak with and assured me multiple times that my grandpa is in good hands. X-Rays: The tech was a tall Middle Eastern man. He had to call me in and ask me more information about my grandpa's medical history. He seemed genuinely concerned about my grandpa's well being and told me that he'd have the results sent ASAP to our doctor. I don't know about the bad reviews here about him, but he seemed like a good guy. Pretty funny guy too. Ultrasound: I don't know why no one else ever talked about the ultrasound tech (Tram) on these reviews but apparently my grandpa liked her so much that he couldn't stop talking about her on the way home. He even said that he wished he met her when he was younger LOL. He was all smiles when he left the exam room and trust me, my grandpa is a hard person to please lol! The only bad thing that I must comment on is this blonde lady in the back of the office. SHE IS SERIOUSLY SCARY. She came in while we were waiting for the ultrasound appointment and almost instantly, she was yelling at the workers because she doesn't see any work done. I don't know if she was blind or not but the entire waiting room was filled and all the staff were working their asses off. The tech even came out from helping another patient and they started yelling at each other in a foreign language. She must be their boss or manager and if she is, I feel so bad for them. Even when she was talking on the phone with someone, she was yelling. It was extremely unprofessional and rude. I don't know if she's having a bad day or not but either way, it's a small office and it's not good to degrade and scream at your staff. And if you're gonna yell at someone on the phone, go in a private room and do it, not some where that the entire world can hear you screaming threats. The other patients in the waiting room looked so uncomfortable and one kid even started crying. Overall, great service minus the angry lady in the back. I'm going to tell my doctor to refer us here from now on if we need x-rays done. read more

Where to start with this place... I came in here yesterday to bring my mother for some x-rays. There was 2 girls at the front desk both very nice and helpful but this review is mostly about the wait time and experience we had. (Plenty other patients in their sitting area) wait time wasn't bad for a Wednesday at a drs office. But As we sat in the room we could hear a woman by the name of Porchall or Rochalle yelling at the front desk. If she is the manager of the office I feel sorry for her and her employees. The way she was speaking to one of the receptionists was beyond rude and condescending. Who does that to ANYBODY? Even less if that is your coworker or employee. She was raising her voice yelling and everyone in the waiting room could clearly hear. It was such an uncomfortable situation I'm sure I wasn't the only one who felt this way. A very disturbing scene to witness even more because the girl in front desk couldn't even talk much she would not give her a chance. Honestly this place would not have been a bad experience if this miserable woman knew about respect and professionalism. Whether she has a degree, got lucky, or married lucky this woman doesn't deserve the position she is given in this office putting people in awful situations like these. read more

So I needed an xray of back and neck due to a car accident I was in two wks proir to my appt at JUST-XRAYS. After I waoted about twenty mins the Arabian man whom didn't even have on a name badge called me into a small room in the back where the machine was.To make a long story short he told me to undress EVERY article of clothing with my private areas revealed in the back having an open back "robe" on =-O.. He didnt offer a restroom to change in.. So while changin in a room with see through glass I noticed him spying on me..gave me the absolute creeps.. While he was taking xrays he YELLED at me everytime i couldn't hold my breath longer than 30seconds.. Kept yelling at me atleast six more times. ..When finialy finished he spyed on me again getting dressed i take it in the same room. I HIGHLY dont recommend any child or woman going there. I am making complaint to the board of Health. This pervrted creep needs to be fired read more
