This place is a joke. Had a nail in the tire, pretty clean and the employee tried to tell me I need to buy a new tire. I looked at it and said no patch it I don't need to buy a tired for this. Then he continues to tell me, an attorney, that is illegal to go anywhere and patch this kind of nail because it caused about 10 accidents in the past year. I told him no it's not and your boss should stop telling you to upsell everybody to buy a brand new tire when you can just patch it. Took my car to Service tire in Sherman Oaks right on Van Nuys and Addison and they just took the car in, didn't upsell and patched for 30 bucks and finished in 20 minutes. I called this place to try and get a flat repairs, I was just down the street and the guy who answered told me that it would take practically all day to fix my tire that had a nail/screw in it. Not only that, he quoted me $53 and change. WHAT? I took my chances and went to another facility a but further, just as busy, they do the full service of taking tire off rim, patching it and did it in about 30 minutes and charged nearly half of this $53. Wow, these guys are actual rip off artists. This was my 3rd experience at this tire shop. I had just purchased a brand new tire from them for my Tesla not even 2 month ago from this tire shop. I go back for patch work on my rear driver side tire and after making me wait 3 hours, they tell me, I have to get a new one as the nail is on the side of the tire. After looking up close at the tire, I noticed that the nail is CLEARLY on the tire tread, not the side as they claimed. But they insist that the plug/patch will come off if they try to patch it and they re-iterate that I need a new tire for $300 which I decline to move forward with. I think to myself "these guys are either too lazy to do any patch work or they don't even know how, they just want to replace tires for profit". I leave the shop angry and decide to go to another tire shop just down the street called "Service Tire Co." on Van Nuys Blvd & Addison. Within 40 minutes, they patched the tire, no questions asked for $30!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from these scam artists at Just Tires. Go to a family tire shop like the one we went to. Went here for literally one patch on a tire, which they charged over $50 for. That is a ridiculous price, but I was out of options given the time of day and I needed this done asap. I got a wheel alignment as well, which they charge over $150 for. Again, not a reasonable price at all. But what really got me was that, in regard to the wheel alignment, somehow they finished it and had the car down in literally less than 10 min. Anyone who knows about cars knows that it takes at least about 30 minutes to do a complete wheel alignment. So, how in the world could they have done a full wheel alignment in literally like 10 minutes??? Really dissatisfied. I question the work being done, their prices and their obvious up-selling techniques. Will find somewhere else next time for sure when I'm not pressed for time. read more

Went to them on Tuesday to check on my tire found a staple to see if it can get patched up. They said they weren't able to patch it up and they offered a $300 tire which I thought was a bit much. They charged me $35 for Them to change the spare tire. Went for a second opinion at another tire shop and my tire was repairable so they patched it up free of charge. Was a little bummed because of how close they are and reliable hours of the business. But for them to say that my tire wasn't patchable and offered me a $300 tire seems like they're Hurting for business. Will stick to mom and Pop tire shops from now on. Keep it local. read more

I had a warning light on the dash from a tire issue. I went in, before closing, and Z recommended that I return first thing in the morning, after he assessed that the tire was safe to drive on. He explained that why the tired needed replacing. I returned in the morning and had great customer service from Paul, who called to tell me that I needed to replace the sensor,and that they could do it right then as the tire was off. Paul called when the repairs were completed and the car was ready as promised. They are open 7 days a week which is helpful, too. I highly recommend them! read more

Got a flat tire and they were the closest tire shop. Had put my spare tire on to make it there. They close at 7pm. It was 6:15pm when I arrived. They had two workers there working on one vehicle changing their tires. Explained that I'm from Ventura and wanted to make it back home and just needed one tire. The front desk lady told me they could do it since they didn't have time and would take too long to do the paper work and the job, since they close at 7. I explained I'm trying to make it home not trying to drive on a spare to Ventura and that I see they have 2 workers. That one guy could knock out my tire real quick. She explained that she couldn't help and I can leave my car overnight and they could do it first thing in the morning. Which made no sense. So thankfully I found another tire shop down the way. Called " Hamati Tires". Made it there at 640pm. Guy gave me a new tire and I was out of there by 7:02pm. So "Just Tires" failed at customer service and they will never have my business or my family's. read more

Came in for tire patch on brand new 2024 Chevy and was told it's not-repairable. Of course they tried to sell me a tire for $250 that I didn't need. (Brand new car) I assume your staff is incentivized to do that instead of a simple patch. Went to an independent shop that patched the tire for $15. The only reason I went to this location is because I got a flat down the street and due to driving a hybrid they do not carry spares. In addition they tried to sell me 2 extra tires that have at least 20,000 miles left of life on them and labeled the tires 'they are down to the wire' first of all it's called a thread. Wow, I just called 'Just Tires' to make sure they had the right tire before driving there on an almost flat tire. The Girl - she did not sound like a woman, she sounded like a girl, who apparently is their customer service receptionist didn't have the patience for me to look up the wheel type - which I actually had handy however it's not the type of thing I walk around memorizing. She hung up in my face when I didn't provide it for the princess in a nano-second. No communication, no words or "I'll call you back." nothing... just hung up in my face frustrated that I didn't have code numbers immediately ready as-if it's something I'm supposed to know off by heart? I don't know if this Tire shop is any good or not. Because after being belittled by what sounded like a 20 year old gum chewer, I'm not giving them a chance until they train their ignorant, rude know-it-all receptionist who answered the phone and by that time my money will have been spent at another Tire shop. I feel sorry for the owner but they hired her, I guess. The money they lost from me I'm sure is multiplied and I'm not the only one. How can I get new tires if I can't give her the type of tire? I live behind just tires and they have an obnoxiously loud telephone that rings all day long!! For the first couple of days I thought it was coming from inside my home it was so loud!! My front tire is losing air and my dash is flashing red saying tire pressure check!!!Everyone know when the dash is flashing red, that means you have to go now! No time to wait and put it off. I was so glad that we have a Just Tires a block away from home. Turned out that one of my front tire has a nail embedded I the middle of the tire and luckily it is repairable. Save yourself some time and money and go down the street to American Tire depot. The sales person was not upfront about pricing options and included the price of the warranty in the quote. The first tire she quoted me was double the price of other options. I left feeling overwhelmed and annoyed. I called ATD and the guy was so helpful over the phone (gave me three options up front) told me to stop by and see if it's fixable or needs to be replaced. I needed a patch for my tire and it couldn't have gone smoother. Eunice was so quick and efficient inside and then Mario was incredible with my car. Turns out someone had done an illegal patch on my tire which they showed me- very dangerous and not allowed in California. Mario seemed to genuinely care how dangerous it was. I picked this place initially because it is close to my home. They are chronically understaffed which means waiting on hold for a long time anytime you try to call. They don't take appointments which means it's difficult to plan ahead, because they can't guarantee when you'll get your car back--- that's not reasonable for us working folk. Their "warranty" seems to last just until the tire starts to leak. With four on my car from these folks, they want $50 to fix a leaky tire. Also: SNEAK ALERT. After informing me over the phone that the tire is not under warranty, they kept repeating "bring it in and we'll take a look" after I iterated that I was not prepared to spend any money. It seems they attempted a bait and switch, because they kept saying "just bring it in" after I explained that I'd only have it fixed if the warranty was active-- finally they said it would be $50. I also must mention that one of the times I had my tires replaced (two at a time on two separate visits) when I left my car's alignment was completely off, I had to maneuver the steering wheel as if I was turning in order to go straight. I was so perturbed to have to bring my car back to them after they had it all day to fix what they messed up. This place stays in business because there's not another good option nearby. read more

I was quickly greeted and was redirected around the building to get my air pressure assessed. Justine helped checking my tire pressure and adding air to all my tires. As a mechanic without a tire/alignment resource at my shop, I was stupefied that the Joe Schmoe hired by JustTires in Sherman Oaks, CA over-inflated my SUV's tires to the tune of 15+ PSI instead of reading the f*ing gas flap and B-Pillar Sticker on my SUV. Should also note that this is the COLD tire pressure after car had been sitting for a couple hours. Good thing I checked after picking up vehicle, but heaven forbid someone else's fortune, who is none-the-wiser that gets a blow out in 2-4 weeks after a 125% tire inflation. Installed new tires and called me back and said, "Would you like alignment for $169and $45 per tire for protection?" WOMEN, PLS READ: I've been going here for about 10 years to get new tires. Last time I went here, I was sold "new" tires that were 5 years old already. Idc what the shady workaround law is, it wasn't disclosed to me they were not brand new. In barely 30k miles, said tires were deteriorating, had slits in them (about to blowout). I bought those tires with my one year old son in my arms and I can't tell you the amount of anxiety the experience of finding this out caused me.
