Fast & friendly service; they also don't charge for tire pressure checks, unlike some places.

I drove by two days ago and saw that my normal tires spot had closed. There was a new name on the wall and it was Just Tires. I tried the Allen location and noticed the same. I had a flat tire and was driving on a spare, so naturally I needed to have my issue addressed. Seeing that the Goodyear locations were closed, I went home. After research, I've found that Goodyear is no more, now they are Just Tires and they only do tires and alignment. I brought my car in so they could look at my tire, it was damaged by something in the road and non-repairable. They still honor the Goodyear warranty and they gave me a new tire. I was in and out of this place in less than 45 minutes, and the attitudes of everyone there were awesome and helpful. The place is new and spotless, they have water and coffee while you wait, as well as several power outlets on the tables if you need to get some work done. I am super impressed by the way they handle business and will continue using them. read more

Arrived at Just Tires without an appointment to repair a damaged tire. After their inspection, the tire had to be replaced. We also got an additional tire and an alignment done. Service was completed in less than an hour. I found out this establishment accepts Goodyear credit cards and wanted to take advantage of Goodyear's 6 months free financing. However, I didn't have my Goodyear credit card with me. Carval said they can process the charge without the card. The store manager, Deshawn, called Goodyear to complete the transaction. Dre was on the phone with a Goodyear specialist for well over 30 minutes. So I called Goodyear from my phone and Dre spoke with a 2nd specialist for about 15 minutes. Both representatives from Goodyear gave inconsistent information to complete the transaction. I ended up paying with my bank card. I wrote all of this to say this location of Just Tires goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. Kudos to Carval and Deshawn (and the rest of the team) for their outstanding customer service. read more

I hit some debris in the road which ruined one of my front tires and bent the rim. Just tires was able to find the tire I needed and install in one afternoon. Unfortunately the rim was not available locally but they were able to locate one but getting it shipped took a couple of days but when it arrived it was perfect and looked great, Christopher, the manager, called as soon as it arrived and was installed and also sent the shuttle to pick me up at home so I could come back for my car. The staff was very help and considerate Couldn't ask for more and they save me a lot of money on the replacement rim. Tire prices were also very good. Thanks a lot for all your help. read more

This place is unmatched! Izaeh helped me and he was so knowledgeable and transparent with advising me of what is needed and why. I can say I drove away feeling confident on the road. There was another gentleman that helped as well (Mentioned he lived in Princeton) but I didn't catch his name. He was extremely personable, helpful and kind. Superb experience! I was actually headed to a different tire place, and accidentally ended up at Just Tires. They got me better tires at a better price, and I was out the door in like 45 minutes! Great place! Quick service and friendly staff. I came here on 12/23, so right around Christmas. Was going to do some last minute shopping with my 7-year-old daughter but I found a nail in my tire, so just needed a patch. Found this place nearby. Was kinda expecting to wait a long time given the holiday busyness but it was a great experience. They fixed up the patch and didn't charge me anything! Only waited like 20 minutes. They have free WiFi, bottled water, Keurig (coffee, hot chocolate, and tea). I noticed a sign that said they have complimentary iPad while you wait (didn't use that though). The waiting area and bathroom are clean as well. Highly recommend. read more

This store is located right down the road from my residence, and I'm very glad that I can trust them! I've been here multiple times with different vehicles and they have always done a great job. One of my tires was messed up. So, I decided to have it replaced here. Spoke with Denis. He was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Tire was replaced and I left satisfied. Then, the tire indicator light kept going off. Brought it back and was told that they had broken one of the sensors while putting in the new tire. Sensor was replaced at no charge and I left satisfied. But...the sensor went off again. Brought it back for a third time. I was told that they did put a new sensor on but it wasn't programmed to the right frequency...or something along those lines. That's why they're only getting three stars from me. Having a tire replaced should be a one and done thing. I'll probably take my business elsewhere in the future. read more

I stopped into Just Tires in Allen (McDermott and Alma) at 4:00 pm on 9/8/20 and asked if they could look at a slow leak in my tire. The staff was super friendly, found the leak, patched the tire, shined all 4 tires, and did not charge me for the repair, all in 30 minutes. Chad Carlton and his team members were great. I will go back to Just Tires next time I need new tires. I am done going to NTB where they state you need to replace shocks, struts, brakes every time you go in for new tires. Just Tires earned my families business. Great job. read more
