I went to this Just Tires last night right before they closed. The sales associate Jeremy was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He fixed my flat and my spare for a very reasonable price and I was on my way in 30 minutes. This quite possibly was the most painless tire shop experience I've had to date. I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this location, and would never recommend for anyone to go there. I had a bad noise after having this shop replaced all 4 tires on my van, which took them 6 hours by the way. Took it back to them to have my noice checked out. They told me " you selected the wrong type of tire, nothing we can do. But while removing your wheels to check things out, we damaged your rear hub bearing". So after two more days, this shop replaced me hub bearing at no charge to me and sent me on my way. After some research of my own, I confirmed I did not select the wrong tires for my van, and this shop was just telling me lies to make me leave. I took the van to a second Just Tires location for them to diagnose the noise. They said the first shop incorrectly installed the hub bearing, and the job needed to be redone. Problem is the second location did not have the capability to do so ( I think they just didn't wanna do warranty work that wasn't caused by them). And now I can't get a phone number or talk to anyone above the employees at this sorry store. Please take your car literally anywhere else to be fixed . This is a nightmare read more

3 strikes they're out! This location is slow, not trained, and grossly unprofessional. I should have read the Yelp reviews before choosing. I purchased 4 tires & install from this location (Feb. 2025) that took 2 hours (with an appointment). Went in for oil change appointment (April 2025) that had to be rescheduled after waiting more than an hour and my car hadn't even been pulled in to the bay yet. While waiting I witnessed a female staff member across the lot talking (loudly) on a personal call for 45 minutes (she'd walk back n forth informing the technicians it was an "urgent personal matter"), and 2 lonely bay technicians moving slowly & laughing amongst themselves (no regard for attending to cars). Finally, the last straw... I came in for an oil change & tire rotation appointment (July 2025) that took 2 1/2 hours! There was one car/Lexus ahead of me, who the store Manager (Ruby Haywood) was speaking aggressively to about the validity of his "sensor" issue. There were 3 technicians in the bay area and one Lexus, but it still took 45 minutes for my car to be pulled in. After I asked the desk clerk how much longer on my car and informed him I had already been there for 2 hours, my car came out shortly after. As I walked to my car, I noticed the tire rotation was not listed on the receipt, so I went back in and asked if it had been done. They were honest and said "No it was an oversight" and asked if I wanted to come back Saturday to have it done? WTF. I replied that I wanted it done NOW. I watched the technician pulled my car in (did not use a seat cover) and rotated my tires. While he was using the pneumatic drill, the screw tip separated from the compressor hose and flew off. He just stood there for 2-3 minutes looking at it until another technician told him to turn it off. Thinking I was ready to go home, I went to get in my car and was horrified at the dirt/oil that was left on my seats! (see pictures) I went back in again!, asked the desk clerk to come look at what I saw. He offered to have it cleaned and also informed the Manager (Ruby Haywood), who I could hear from the parking lot yelling to the team to go clean my seat. She didn't come out to address me, she asked the desk clerk to tell me she'd be available on Saturday to talk about my complaints. I'm done. read more

I had an appointment to fix my daughters tire that had a mail in it. The appointment was for 12:00. I got there around 11:55. For some reason the wouldn't be able to look at tire until 12 :45/1. **Please look at these pictures** On 10/24/23, we brought our Jaguar F Pace to this location for a tire change after seeing all the positive reviews. The person at the desk was nice and we dropped off our vehicle without a worry. Before I went inside, I checked the tire size on my driver and passenger side to verify the size and my rims were perfect. I got a call that it was done and I picked up my vehicle at closing. Upon inspection of my tires, I noticed unsightful gashings/curb rash on my rims. I immediately spoke to the person in charge and he said it looked like curb rash and that they couldn't have done it. I disagreed because if you look carefully at the photos, even the tires have the same brown marks that you see on the rims. New tires should not have any discoloration. Old curb rash would be clear but the curb rash and tire markings both have the same brown color ! After explaining that to the person at the desk, he did say it was strange and that I could speak with the manager tomorrow. The rims also had a dusty white film to it and he proceeded wipe the wheels. The following day, we went to speak with the Manager Tim and he said that it looked that it was done after the tire was put on. When he went out to inspect the vehicle, he stated that there were no markings on the wheels (which his associate wiped off the previous night) so it wasn't connected. He then had us go all the way to rim repair shop to get a quote and bring it back to them. I felt like he did this because in his heart, it looks like they were most likely liable. Oil change 5 days ago, drove around 3 days, parked for 2 days, went out, came home saw large spot in driveway pulling in. Thought AC condensation, spot got a little bigger, swiped and oil drops ran down fingers. Looked under car, oil front to back on under carriage. Checked did stick, NOTHING, hot as hell. Had to take wife's car to get qt of oil to bring back tomorrow, I guarantee they will say 3 hr wait even though my 2021 SUV may have some damage at this point. Google reviews show high review marks, people don't realize because businesses pay for Google ads and have those bad reviews removed. This place is a catastrophe. May end up going to court after I see what Toyota says after diagnostic testing. read more

First time dealing with Just Tires and not a good experience. Very bad installation technicians Bought 4 brand new goodyear tires. when I got home the balancing weight fell out of the front passenger side tire. Went back the next day and the manager was very short with me and said he couldn't fix it till late in the afternoon. Being in customer service Myself I know if the problem is my fault, I take care of it right then if you want repeat customers. i had to take my car to another tire shop and pay 20 dollars to have the tire rebalanced and the weights put back on. I will never be dealing with Just Tires in Knightdale NC again, and don't suggest anyone else does either. read more

Worst service ever! Made appointment in advance for a simple tire rotation on my BMW which was quoted as $20. Upon early arrival, I was greeted by name by a friendly gentleman who quickly turned rude and flippant during the hour I was there. I waited about 45 minutes without a single update and with only one other person present ahead of me. As I watched my vehicle finally being serviced, I noticed the tech only rotated front to back. I politely went to the desk and asked why they did not rotate criss cross and front to back. I was told because that is how they rotate and they 'have no history for my vehicle.." WTH?!? They still did not offer to do it the way I requested. It would not have cost any more time or effort to satisfy this customer. Therefore, they will NEVER have a history on my vehicle now. I checked out and mentioned my dissatisfaction, he again told me that its their policy and that they do not have a history on my car. He further told me that I could call his manager tomorrow. They didn't provide the quote as promised for my vehicle or my husband's vehicle and he then simply walked away from the counter. I have experienced superior service at other Just Tires locations in the past (Holly Springs, for example). This place has very low scores for a reason!! Poor customer service and poor attitudes will cost them a fortune. They just lost my tire business and my husband's truck tire business and anyone else I know and tell. BEWARE!!!!!! read more

I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but here's the facts: I brought my car in. The "technician" informed me that there were several issues unrelated to my visit. The total cost of those issues was north of $2,000. I know a little bit about cars, and I know my car's maintenance history very well. I knew that many of the issues the technician was pointing out had in fact been recently repaired/replaced. I declined the recommended repairs, took my car back to the 2 different garages that had worked on my car since everything was still under warranty. Mechanics at both of the garages said the same thing: "that guy is full of $*#%!" They showed me that the parts were good, and that nothing needed to be replaced. So... there's only 2 explanations: either the technician tried to juice me for $2,000, or the technician had no idea what he was talking about. Either explanation leads to the same conclusion: go somewhere else. And that's on top of the fact that they've had to redo the original brake job I had done. Again, I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but either way it all adds up to nope. read more

I'm a pretty easygoing person, but I felt obligated to write a review of my experience at the Just Tires - Knightdale - Village Park Drive location. I showed up for my scheduled appointment at 4:10 which was 20 minutes early for my 4:30 appointment. I didn't expect anything in the way of having the service on my car to start ahead of time but I wanted to be there early and have my paperwork completed prior to the appointment. My appointment was to have new tires installed. I expected the appointment to take an hour, which I think is a fair amount of time for the given service. I honestly believe it could be done much quicker than this, but I know auto shops can get busy, so an hour seemed like a fair wait time. I waited in the waiting room the entirety of my appointment up until the last 30 minutes or so. By 5:30 I still had not received any update as to the status of my vehicle and no one had reached out to inform me of any prolonged wait that I might be in for. Another gentleman in the waiting room told me that he had been waiting since prior to 4:00 for his vehicle and that he felt like his service experience was already a bad one. He said that he actually worked at a repair shop himself and that he could tell that they weren't trying very hard in the shop section of the Just Tires facility we were at. He kept going back and forth checking on his vehicle but I thought it best to just continue to wait since it wasn't worth the added frustration of pressuring the staff about my wait. I continued to wait and 6:30 rolled around and still no update from any member of the staff. At this point I was legitimately frustrated as I would have expected a tire replacement to be completed within 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. I stepped up to the service desk and asked how much longer it would be on my vehicle and the girl there told me that they were just finishing up the alignment check. 15 minutes or so later one of the service guys came and told me that my vehicle needed to be aligned and that it would only take another 15 minutes if I wanted them to align the vehicle. He said it would be around $70 but I declined the service since I felt that I had already waited long enough and was frustrated at that point. I also felt that given the amount of time that I had to wait, without any update from any member of the staff, that they should have offered to do a free alignment considering it would only be another "15 minutes". The reward for my long wait (it was shortly after 7:30 when I finally got my vehicle back) was a free oil change. I think it's laughable to be offered a free oil change when I could have actually used an alignment that supposedly would have taken only 15 additional minutes. I don't think it's on me to have to haggle or argue my situation to someone at the service desk and that good customer service comes from the offerings at an establishment. Another woman that was waiting for her vehicle approached me asking how long I had been there and she was shocked at my situation. I cannot stress enough the poor level of service that I received at this establishment. I didn't check the reviews online ahead of time, but while in the waiting room I did out of curiosity. The reviews were unanimously bad and really show that someone needs to take accountability for how this establishment is ran. I don't know if it should come down from corporate, or if the manager needs to reexamine how they run their shop, but it is an example of one of the worst-run businesses I have ever seen. I will not be returning to get my free oil change, and at any opportunity that I get I will inform others of the poor level of service that I experienced at Just Tires. I will also be informing Goodyear corporate as to the type of experience that I received with one of their business partners. read more

I had all four of my tires replaced at this location in June of 2015. I paid for what I thought was a full warranty on all four tires. I came back two months later and they tell me that both of my front tires need to be replaced and that my warranty was only good for a free rotation. Whatever, that's my fault. I should've read the fine print. I take my car down the road for a second opinion. They tell me only one of the tires needs to be replaced. They give me a significantly cheaper quote than Just tires. I get the work done, problem solved. No issues since. I saved over $100 by getting a second opinion. Just don't go here. read more

I noticed a piece of metal in one of my tires as I was pumping gas this past weekend. I was scared to remove it myself and wasn't sure if it was leaking. I drove immediately to this just tires. Since it was a Saturday morning, they were pretty busy, but the staff was very friendly. They immediately came outside and looked at my tire. They were able to remove the metal without any damage to the tire and sent me on my way. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and at no charge! They could have easily made me wait in line and/or charged me. My truck is brand new so hopefully won't be needing tires anytime soon, but will definitely check them out when I do. read more

They provide a free inspection at your visit so if you do need additional services they will make recommendations. I think they offer the best prices around town. It took them 3 hours to plug a hole in a tire...that is the only thing they did...AND after completing the work they didn't fully inflate the tire!!! Note: I have been there multiple times for a variety of things and they have always been Ridiculously slow with, at best, mediocre service. I've been there multiple times, and always have a long wait regardless of how seemingly slow they are. I'm told that other locations offer a better experience, but I can only go by what I have personally experienced. I walked in for an alignment and they told me it would be 30 mins. I had some time to kill before so I waited, but over an hour later they had not touched the car. They told me I should have booked an appointment. I had to leave so I opted to take their advice and come on my day off for a scheduled appointment where I still ended up waiting an hour and a half to be seen, and of course longer than that for service. Beware ladies! I went to Just Tires a month ago for my tire rotation and alignment check. They came back and said I needed not only alignment but also a new battery and fuel injection. I declined service since I've had NO problems. Today I got a 2nd opinion and was told not only am I not due for either, but my battery is still under warranty if I do have issues. Just Tires loves to prey on women. They will offer a price for their tires that seem reasonable but will rack up several miscellaneous charges to nearly double your bill. Very slow to get work done, and charges $150+ just for labor... To put tires on. (Something you learn how to do on high school auto shop). Overcharges for alignments and then embellishes statistics and information in order to make you think that a huge difference has been made. Great experience! I got in my car this morning and my tire pressure light was on, so before I set out on my 40 mile commute, I figured I'd better get it checked out. I walked into the shop about 7:45 and was told they didn't officially open til 8. I asked if they could fix tire pressure, and the guy behind the counter said, "Yeah, I'll take care of it." He came out immediately, checked the pressure, put a little air in, and sent me on my way at no charge - all before 8am. Really appreciate the courtesy! read more

Horrible service. I am a 19 year old female and they took full advantage of that. I went in to get a new tire before work. I have the road hazard plan where they replace it for free. When I arrived at just tires there was maybe one car in the parking lot and they were not busy at all. After SIX HOURS of sitting and waiting I finally had a new tire and was able to leave. During that 6 hours, the store manager was very rude to me, all employees were rude and not to mention the manager tried to sell me on $730 worth of brakes which were not needed. The managers exact words were "you might want to call your daddy and get an early Christmas present" I will never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible service. read more

They seem to care more for people on the telephone than for the ones standing in their store. They give low priority to people in to have tires rotated because they are not making money on it, even though you pay for it when you buy the tires. I took my car in for regular tire rotation in May, 2012. One of the front store managers came out with a stud and lug nut in his hand. He stated that for under $40 they could order the part and fix it. Said this sort of thing happened all the time. Something did not set well with me. I took my car for a second opinion at my local dealership and was told that there was no way that this could be fixed properly. The only way to fix this problem was to get a new wheel hub which would cost approximately $170 plus labor. Upon calling Just Tires back another manager said to bring it in and they would fix it for free. After numerous phone calls and research, I made an assumption that Just Tires broke the stud and lug nut off and were going to "fix" it as best they could. Especially after one manager indicated for under $40 and another for free. I do not believe this store is very truthful and honest and if in fact they did break the stud and lug nut they should have been a bit honest up front. That I could have dealt with. On other occasions while waiting in the waiting room, they always tell their customers they need an alignment. One lady told them she had had it done just 2 days before by them. A bit shady? They are a rip off!!! I will never go there again. The first incident I had with Just Tires was they recommended a new battery. I felt strongly it was not time to replace the battery so I declined. I followed-up with auto zone the next day and they said the battery was still good. The second incident involved a recent oil change. 1 1/2 months after my oil change the low oil light came on. I stopped and checked the level and it low. I placed one quart of oil and returned to Just Tires. I explained the situation and told the manager to look at the panel near the odometer which indicates I should still have 50% oil life remaining. (Honda's calculate oil change time automatically). Also the fluids were empty (windshield washer fluid) which are supposed to be filled with oil change. The manager would not acknowledge the errors and said it was time for another oil change and did I want to do another oil change that day. I declined and asked for the number to the corporate office and my car keys. He went back to the bay and said he would fill the oil. I am so frustrated with Just Tires. Their negligence could have potentially caused serious damage to my vehicle. read more
