Just Tires in Carson saved my car!! I was having some issues with with my 2007 Mustang, so I took it to the dealership in Torrance. BIG mistake!! My car sat there for 8 days, but it was never even looked at!!! Someone suggested I take it to Just Tires, and they did an EXCELLENT job!! They fixed the problem---- my car needed new spart plugs!! I was so impressed by the job their master mechanic did, I had them replace my shocks and struts, brakes, and they replaced my fuel filter too!! Thank you so much to Tony and the rest of the team!! Came in for an oil change on 11/25 young lady at the front desk was very helpful. Picked up the truck on the same day and today 12/18 i get a notification from my vehicle that oil is low add oil. I get home and check the oil and it is dry. 8 quarts of oil is gone in less then a month. This is the second issue i have had with my oil changes here. On my daughters car they did the oil change and she came home parked in the driveway. She leave a little later i walk out and there is an oil puddle in the drive way. They didn't tighten the oil pan screw. The guy then told me they were too busy and to come in tomorrow i went straight there and had them tighten and add oil. Take my money but don't do the job or finish it Bull shit. read more

I arrived at the shop at 6:53 pm with a nail in my tire. Despite the fact that they were closing at 7 pm, Thomas was still willing to assist me. He patiently listened to my situation (as it was raining and I urgently needed to get to the airport to catch my flight) and actively sought out solutions for me. After a few minutes, he called Joseph to help me out right away. The tire was patched up in just 10-15 minutes, I was able to drive safely in the rain and arrive at LAX on time. Thank you both! Everything the reviews is saying is true about the wait. They take their time getting to you, no matter if it's an appointment or not. Showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, just to wait 20+minutes past my appointment and see that no one touched it. When I asked how long the wait would be, the employee (Jesus Mendez) caught attitude, and said there was a bunch of "walk-ins" before me, and that my appointment didn't matter (just as another reviewer stated). I told him, all I simply would of wanted was a courtesy conversation that it would take some time, instead of leading me to believe I actually had an appointment time. While someone finally drove my car in to get it worked on, Mr Mendez stated he would grab his manager to make things right, or possibly discount the price. This is when Mr. Thomas Mills comes in. He explains as the manager, the place is like a doctors office, and that even though you have an appointment, you can expect to wait up to an hour to get seen. He had an even stronger attitude than the employee, and was mad I even asked about the eta on my car (even though I legit only asked one time "after patiently waiting 45minutes). He confirmed that appointments meant nothing, and stated "if there are 20ish walk ins, we will see the walk-ins first, and it doesn't matter if you have an appointment time." I said that's fine, but just would of liked a courtesy on this before paying 100+ bucks for 1 tire replacement appointment time. He stated that would of been impossible, and aggressively gave me my receipt. Wasn't even going to tell me about the other details of my car, Mr. Mendez ran out to tell me the important safety information on my car. Not once did I yell my voice, or become high rate, or disrespectful. But the customer service here is garbage, the staff is undermanned, and they could use some interpersonal skills.... read more

Walked in around 1:40pm and waited, the guy who is a bit tan with a beard, dark hair asked what do we need and we said "we need a tire" he continued to say "we don't have time today". Instead of asking other questions about WHAT about the tire we needed or when we need, or any other thing to accommodate what we were looking for he just shut us down because he ASSUMED. I made a 12:30pm appointment for an oil change. I arrived a few minutes early. At 2pm they had not even started on my car. When I asked about my appointment time, I was told that this site was a first come, first served facility and that my appointment didn't mean anything. I finally got my car back at 3:30. I didn't expect them to inspecting my car and letting me know any service that I need even though right now at the time I couldn't not do the recommended services but the employee there every kind and take the time to help each individual customers and explain everything to the best . I just had my tire replaced here and they did a good job but it took a long time to get done. The job took about 3 hours to complete even though I had an appointment and this was just replacing one tire. Maybe if I did a drop off and came back would've been fine but I was waiting at the location thinking it would be a relatively short visit (hour or hour and a half) considering I had an appointment. To be fair, they were short staffed so I'm not sure if it was just that day since this was my first time here. They do other services here like oil change and alignment besides tires. I think I would prefer one that specializes in just tires (no pun intended) like America's Tire. America's Tire is just down the street and they have much better and quicker service if you only need tire service. read more

I was driving home after a client meeting. My car was making a louder than usual humming noise, so I stopped by Just Tires (where I got my tires). It turns out that the tires were balding and the struts are going bad. A young man named Blake took the time to explain everything to me and what I should be aware of. He was exceptionally - and I mean EXCEPTIONALLY polite, well mannered and very well spoken. I had to rush home, but he filled my tires with air and made sure I understood what to look for. Some sort of metal blaze made my right rear tire completely deflated in 5 minutes last week around 1 pm, and I had to be somewhere important the same evening. Immediate drove to the nearest just tires and hoping for getting it to fix with the same day. The staff there were extremely efficient and friendly helped me replace the tire (since the cut from the metal blaze was too wide). I felt lucky and really appreciated their services. Got in my car and my right rear tire has 24 pressure when it should have 36. It is Sunday afternoon and everyone is closed except Pep Boys and Just Tire. Pep Boys couldn't help me unless I wanted to buy a new tire, but these tires are not a year old on a new car so NO. Called Just Tire and the Manager said they had one technician and they were slammed with customers. I took the same car to Toyota of Carson to address the airbag recall and their technician recommended a transmission fluid change and would like to know when was the last time I had one! We were able to get it done way before I thought so every vehicle that comes into our service department. We do a complimentary multi-point inspection. As I drove passed the crowds at Firestone and America's Tires, I just thought they reached those places before Just Tires. The repair that they did was incomplete and I ended wasting time going back and forth to this place over a span if three days. There was no apology, no offer of a discount, they acted as if they were doing me a favor by giving me horrible service and overcharging me for it. This tire shop is a joke. Went in for warranty claim and the guy looked at my tire and immediately said "this is not a manufacturer's defect, there's nothing I dan do for you". I told him that this car is brand new and I only have 16,000 miles on it. He then replied "you always have to have then aligned to prevent uneven wear". I told him, I usually have them aligned if you put brand new tires and not necessarily every 5K miles. He then responded "vans are different, they wear out on the outside". I guess there's no help here so I left because I don't want to argue with this guy. I called the tire manufacturer and was directed to America's Tires. I am an existing customer of this tire shop. I immediately went there and Jair who was at the desk immediately went to work. He has paperworks on his hand, measured all the tire depths and gave me his opinion without saying "I can't help you". He said that the tire wear is uneven and told me the causes. He then called the tire manufacturer and explained what I told him about the van's warranty care. The manufacturer responded to give me 60% credit on the tires. Very happy that somebody is very respectful to help and not just flat out say they can't help me. read more

Bryan was very thorough and professional and his team found a tiny nail in the tire. Pretty simple you think ...well the tire was fixed a week prior TWICE for a slow leak. We decided to replace the tire because it had been patched near the same spot as the nail. So I proceeded to take it to Ford for an overdue oil change and tire exam. Ford could not even find the tiny nail that Bryan and his team found and the other tire business we originally took it too. These guys are very good and know their business....Just Tires.
