We asked him to turn down the television in their made up waiting area smelling of a tire yard icky he had an attitude so one of the workers apologized and turned it down. I would highly recommend this location. I had a flat the other night and this shop not only stayed late (they stay open till 8:00pm but worked till 9:00) to replace my tires but also went to a different location before I arrived to locate and pick up tires to ensure they had the right ones for my car. I also only asked for one tire but knowing its ideal to have 2 they brought two back just in case I realized its better to replace both at the same time. The team was professional, educated, kind and worked quickly. I see a number of not so nice reviews on here but like any shop if there is lots of customers the wait may take longer. I really appreciate how kind the team was given I was miles from home. Thank you to Kevin, Boris and the crew for being so friendly and understanding and ensuring I got on my way safely. OMG the service here at Just tires was awesome. I had a long drive to NV, I came in to have one tired repaired they checked all the tires and found another defected tire..both had nails. I so appreciate them for raking the ectra step to check. The manager explained the process & made me feel comfortable that my tires will get me to NV safely. Came in with an appointment (12pm) before noon for an oil change. It took them 2hrs to do. Had 1 car ahead of me, but didn't think it would take that long for a basic oil change. It's taking this long because they are waiting for an oil filter for my car? How do an Oil Change shop not have any oil filters?! The employees are nice hence the 2 stars, but actual service & communication needs a lot of improvements. I've taken my cars here for a lil over 3 yrs now and I have not been completely happy with their service. They offered no price reduction for my trouble. I come here because of convenience and wanted a consistent service record in case something is wrong with my car. It's easier to deal with one stablishment when something wasn't done right with any of your auto service. I hope this place gets better. Update: I bought tires here 2 yrs ago, but after my oil change today they found that my left front tire had a bubble. It was still under warranty. They replaced it no problem. Just had to pay extra for labor and price difference of the new tire as well as new Road Hazard Protection. Because this was a much better experience, they get bump to 3 stars. I'm looking forward to give this guys 5 stars when service becomes top notch. read more

It would have been nice if the workers would have let me know that I would be waiting more than 2 hours to have my tires changed. Nobody even bothered to check on me or provide any updates. I sat in the cold office by myself. Not only that when I asked the manager Thomas about how much longer until my car was ready he rolled his eyes and said about 45 minutes. This was a bit of a shock since I had been here already for 1.5 hours AND because he didn't even get up to see about my car or ask me which car it was. To make matters worse as I sat back down I heard him say how annoying it is that people come and expect to be helped immediately. Yes I do expect to be helped immediately if I'm not told there would be a wait. Eventually I got so fed up I told the worker to just put my old tires back on and I would go somewhere else. My car was finally done and manager Thomas THEN wanted to chat. No manager Thomas since you felt it was appropriate to tell me you weren't being rude I don't care to have a conversation with you I just want to pay for my tires and leave. So manager Thomas thanks for the crappy customer service, I will not be using Just Tires located at 744 E Dominguez St, Carson, CA 90746 again. read more

I bought my tires from Costco a couple of years ago and recently got a nail in one which caused a slow leak. When I phoned Costco in an attempt to get a same-day appointment, I was informed that they were booked solid until sometime next week. So, I figured I would try Just Tires and pay $20 bucks for a same-day appointment. Boy, am I happy that I did! While the mechanic worked on my tire, I was able to go across the street to the South Bay Pavilion to get some shopping done. When I returned 40 minutes later, I still had to wait another 20 because the shop was busy. But that was no big deal because the repair was made, they reset my car computer so that I wouldn't have to take it to the dealer to turn off the tire pressure sensor, and my car handled just fine when I drove it home on the 405. The clerks and mechanics were professional and the shop was neat and clean. read more

Just had an oil change for Audi TT Quattro. Most companies will charge an extra fee for being a "Luxury" car but this place has same prices across the board no matter what make model car you drive. Very friendly and kind staff. I only came here for an oil change which is the one thing I don't like to do on a car (its actually $20 more here if I would to buy the oil/filter and do the job myself). Yet, they inspected my whole car and told me about other things my car had in which I already knew. Being a mechanic myself, I played naive and had everything explained with such simplicity... Good job! 5 STARS WELL DESERVED FOR THIS PLACE!!! read more

Came in for an oil change and the car was returned with a stripped and leaking oil drain plug was was not previously leaking. They now refuse to replace the damaged plug. My advice go to the dealership for service if you can for more professional service. read more

This place is dishonest. They say they can do a price match on tires, but the out the door price is not a price match, but is a whole lot more. After speaking with Kevin to advise that his out the door quoted cost to include price match of the tire, balancing, environmental fees, disposal, and tax was well over the itemized cost added up, he got too busy all of sudden to discuss. Not a good place for honest customer service. I'm a professional Buyer, so I know a dishonest vendor by their responses and actions when I question them. It does not take much time to go over pricing, less than a minute. Highly recommend Best Tire Center in Gardena or America's Tires in Carson for best customer service. They both also provide price matching. read more

I went to just tires after experiencing a bad service at my car dealer place. The "professional" guy at nissan gave me the most creative long story about my air in my tires. He said i had to go to just tires because they originally put nitrogen air in my tires. After getting my new car with nissan, and a few months of driving it around, i've had a tire explode off. Just tires has helped me and has help me feel safe in my car. Thanks guys! read more

in fairness to yourself, go elsewhere. a guy here convinced me to get a financing through a credit card (goodyear) financed by citibank,indicating it was a deferred charges for 6mos, meaning no interest if paid within the 6mos period, to find out later that is not the case (no such promo) secondly, shortly after having new tires & alignment from them, discovered it was pulling to the right, so I had to return it to them, they indicated nothing wrong with the alignment & the balancing of tires were all correct. I was advised something wrong with a suspension part & need to be replaced. I brought it to another shop, balance the entire tires, was not charge a single penny & my car ceased to pull to one side from then on. read more

I made a visit to your Carson location at when I went I spoke when the Manager Thomas who had a very unexciting attitude about my questions for a service on my car. I told Thomas that I would accept the offer of being seen in 5 minutes when I went across the street to the mall and came back Thomas told me that 2 cars had pulled in after me and I lost my spot in line because I was not at the location physically after telling me my wait was 5 minutes. I made an appointment online 02/25/2017 for 3:30 and when I walked in Bryan told me that the appointments are not valid if made the same day and I would have to wait 2 hours. The customer service I received was extremely saddening. The utter disregard for the customers time is a disappointment. Someone should be told before they make an appointment that if it is made the same day the store will not honor it. Instead of driving to the store to only be disappointed. read more
