They took us in right away, patched the tire within 20 minutes, and charged a very reasonable price. Traveling with an infant can be stressful, but they completely eased our minds and got us safely back on the road. I drive my car a lot and need tire repairs and replacements more often than normal... Up until recently, I had a few places that I would go in Camden for repairs and cheap used tires. Their service was always great. But the price for used tires in an emergency turned out to be quite a bit more than I had to pay if I had simply looked outside of where I normally went... A bad experience with one of these usual places is the reason that I found Harry's. A new tire for my car cost $200. A used tires at my former tire repair places cost $75-$80.. and they weren't in the best shape...crappy tires. At Harry's, all of the tires that I've gotten from him have been at damn near new condition. And to top it off, at half the price of what I was previously paying. Always friendly, and their customer service is great. You can't beat this place for a temporary or permanent tire replacement.

Came to Werbany Tire Town for a full set of tires for my car. The tires were installed and the alignment was checked all in about 45 minutes. The TPMS was installed properly, the tires filled with nitrogen, and the balancing down properly. A full set of tires come with free rotation and flat fixing for the life of the tires. The staff was polite and dealt with a minor issue with professionalism and good nature. The waiting area is a little dingy, but they took care of me so quickly that I didn't really have to be there long. I saw a stream of customers roll through for minor repairs and, "Hey, there's this weird noise, can you take a look?" and everyone was dealt with kindly and quickly. I would definitely go back.

I took my car here to have the rotors and brakes replaced, and initially, I thought they had done a…read moregreat job. Unfortunately, shortly after driving home, my car started shaking and making a loud noise whenever I turned the steering wheel. I called a few days later and was told to bring the car back. Unfortunately, due to my busy schedule, I wasn't able to return until about three months after the original service. When I went in on a Sunday, the employee explained that the rotors needed to be redone because of oxidation and questioned whether my car had been sitting for an extended period. I explained that I work every day, only have one car, and had been driving it regularly. He suggested I bring it back on Wednesday. When I returned on Wednesday, I checked in and made it clear that I needed to leave by noon because I had to be at work. It was around 8:45 a.m., and I was assured that the issue would be fixed quickly. After waiting for two hours, I received a call for an update on my situation. I explained that I was still in the shop, and an employee came to speak with me. I was then told that the problem was the tie rod end. He also explained that they wouldn't be able to complete the repair by noon because I had been classified as a drop-off appointment. He then asked if they could try to get one of their technicians to complete the repair quickly. At that point, I was uncomfortable with the idea of them doing any additional work on my car because I strongly suspect that something went wrong during the original brake and rotor replacement, given the issues that started immediately afterward. Ultimately, I received no compensation or satisfactory resolution for the problems I experienced. This entire situation has left me frustrated and disappointed. I will not be returning to this shop. I would rather pay more at a dealership for the peace of mind that comes with knowing my vehicle is being properly serviced and is safe to drive than save a few dollars upfront only to potentially face additional problems and much higher costs later.
