She was lovely and warm, and the lash extensions she gave me looked excellent, even though I didn't have much to work with. After my last manicure with Mai, my nails have never been so healthy and long before. She is so meticulous with not only the quality of her work, but also with ensuring the health of your nails, and I shows in the strength of my nail and the retention of her gel/acrylic work. After my nightmare of an experience at a previous salon, Mai is quite honestly my hero. SERVICE Excellent service! Shannon our nail technician and has been doing my family's nails for many years. We had to go back to Shannon for my nails to a special event. Shannon did an excellent job filing/ smoothing my callus, cuticles, nails. It did not hurt one bit. I've gone to many nail salons in California and I haven't encounter a technician whose as good as Shannon. She's very good with different types of nails, ANC, gel, regular polish, you name it she can do it. She's also very creative w nail art designs and give recommendations to nail colors for designs. Linda greeted me when I walked in. She is very friendly and welcoming. The salon is going through renovations so currently there's only one pedicure station. Linda took her time doing my nails. She seems to take pride in giving quality service. She told me if a nail broke off or anything I can come back and she'll fix it for free. They are a family business who stand by their work. She also showed me other nail designs she has done before. I was impressed by her work, she is talented. I will definitely go back.
