Haven't gotten any other services done, but 100% recommend eyebrow threading! Best place I've been to for it. It's always a fast service even as a walk in. Accurate and as painless as possible too. If you're looking for a new place or even a first ever experience this is the place! 10/10 all the way around.

She is great. She's been my go to while in Albany and I highly recommend her. As per COVID concerns, she is strict about taking precautions and does not put the thread in her mouth while threading. She wraps it around her neck instead. She offers other services as well (waxing is with a roller not with popsicle sticks). But have only gotten my eyebrows threaded with her. I just want to add that I'm a bit obnoxious and picky about places that I go to, but Reema is truly great. She is the owner and the ONLY one there so you know you'll always get a great job done.

I have an auto immune disease and she's been so helpful in my decision making for timing of when it would be best for me to get filler. She takes extra time to get an ultra sound of your face to ensure accuracy and safety when injecting. She follows up to make sure everything is comfortable and to make sure you are happy with the results. My before and afters speak for themselves and I love seeing the subtle differences that enhance my appearance. Lauren, who sits at the front desk, is always so helpful for scheduling needs. She really goes above and beyond to accommodate timing. She's so friendly and welcoming - just a ray of sunshine. She checks in via text and phone to see how you're feeling and how you're loving your results. I love going to the office to chat with Lauren before my appointment and see what snacks are available for that day. There's always healthy snack options whether you're looking for savory or sweet, and a cold beverage in the fridge. It's nice to get a refreshment when going to pamper yourself. The office itself is so beautiful with chandeliers, the nicest toilet seat ever (see for yourself) and kept extremely clean and cozy. Paris and Kimberly are also very skilled and knowledgeable injectors. Both are extremely friendly and make it goal to meet the clients needs. No matter what injector you go to, you'll be sure to leave happy. 10/10 thank you ladies!!

I echo everything in Susan's review: Kat is a perfectionist, professional, efficient and SO much fun. Since moving back to NY and trying a few places around CP, I tried Kat in June. Katerina is hilarious, terrifying, gorgeous, and welcoming, all at once. This woman understands…read morethat making a customer feel comfortable is absolutely necessary before ripping out all the hair in their ladybits. And Kat doesn't let you *not* feel comfortable. You WILL laugh and joke and chat and feel like you made a friend, and leave her business sort of stunned that you got all that plus a fantastic wax. You don't have a choice. Because Kat is THROUGH. I have never had a wax this smooth or this complete. She even denuded my lower belly ("this happy trail is not so happy") and parts of my upper thighs I'm too lazy to always shave ("it's messing up my masterpiece"). She used three different kinds of wax and was intensely efficient without ever making me feel rushed. She also didn't make me feel like a fat glob of rolling and undulating lard deposits, as is so often the case for big girls when we get waxed. She asked me to hold some of my skin tight, but I never felt grotesque or like I didn't belong there. I also had much less irritation than I've had with other wax experiences, and I really like that she didn't tell me to come back in four weeks. Six to eight. That seems so much more rational, manageable. Very refreshing. Bottom line: go see Kat. Your confidence will skyrocket ... but it might be difficult to resist the urge to show everyone how dang smooth you are down there.

I had an appointment for a 3 week fill with them today and had called last week to make the appointment and the receptionist told me that would be Wednesday so I took an appointment to come today. I just arrived for my appointment and the man working tells me I have to pay an additional $10 for coming on the 22nd day not the 21st day but when I called I said I needed a 3 week fill and Wednesday was the date she gave me so if I needed to come Tuesday to get 3 weeks she should have said that. He proceeded to tell me I'm crazy because "everyone knows this and I've told you this 100 times before". This man has never once told me what the days for their policy are, I have a picture of it in my phone for my own reference. I agreed to pay the additional charge but asked to be downgraded from a cashemere fill to a classic fill which is a $30 price difference. (The smart thing to do would have been to say he won't charge me the extra $10 for this one time and have me still get the cashmere fill) but instead he and the other girl both refused to take me even though I had an appointment and told them I have a wedding tomorrow. This isn't the first time they have been rude but the glue they use doesn't irritate my eyes that's the only reason I come back. I will not be coming back here again and will not be recommending them to anybody I have never been treated so rudely for no reason before. For him to yell at me and call me crazy for saying that whoever booked my appointment should've told me I needed to come yesterday instead was uncalled for. The receptionist has the calendar on the computer and I agreed to pay it but wanted to downgrade my fill and he obviously didn't like that.
