As I was under a time constraint and had planned for a 15 minute service, I had to stop her after 30 minutes and leave without a complete wax. Unfortunately, my last two visits resulted in the same frustration with this individual and her immature, unprofessional, unpolished response. Very disappointed. I feel badly for the technicians who work with her. I would not recommend this location until a change is made.
