We went to see the showroom to get an idea of the set up. From start to finish they did a fantastic job and the installers were great as well. Overall, definitely happy and worth the cost, so far.

They've converted me as I wasn't previously someone who wanted to go through what I thought was a hassle to have cleaners come in, but Capital Maids makes it easy and the end results are just wow. Getting an estimate and the first cleaning scheduled was easy--super responsive, and the team arrived promptly at my requested time. Man, did they get down to business quickly, carefully, and did an amazing job. I'd meant to do a "pre-cleaners' clean" to move a lot of clutter out of the way and get bags of unfolded laundry put in the closet so that they had a clearer workspace: when I saw how they had straightened up my bedroom in addition to cleaning, I breathed a huge sigh of relief! My half-finished organizing projects and haphazard stacks of things waiting to be weeded through were all neatly arranged and order was restored, in addition to the vacuuming and dusting, plus flawless bed made. The jumbles of clothes on my "chairderobe" (you know, that piece of furniture that collects unfolded clean clothes and clothes that don't need to be washed) were all impeccably smoothed and expertly folded. I was working from home in another room and they didn't bother me with questions or make much noise, just politely asked me to move to a clean room once they needed to work on the room I was in. Working with her during my home renovation was incredible - she had such a great way of envisioning our space and suggesting things that I never would have thought of on my own. Every idea she suggested was spot on, practical and very clever, and perfectly fit how we actually live. She came up with the idea of turning an inaccessible corner of our kitchen into a cozy pet food nook in the mudroom, which was a great use of what would otherwise be wasted space.
