Very unfriendly store. Stopped by coming back from Charlotte. Went too far out of my way and disappointed that was treated poorly. They were too busy eating lunch to be bothered with customers. Just Sew Happy was such a beautiful experience. They have tons of fabric, machines, and tools for any sewing project. The ladies in the store were VERY helpful and shred so much knowledge. They're my new go to sewing spot!!! They also offer classes on the weekdays and weekends. They have a special section for Christmas material in the back. I look forward to stopping at this particular quilt shop. My husband drove from the other side of the city, through heavy Charlotte traffic, to get us here. It's very easy to find. The owner is so personable and friendly. Her staff is equally knowledgeable and willing to assist with any questions or give suggestions. Classes are available. The different fabrics, especially the batiks, are some of my favorites. This is a very lovely shop with an owner and staff who are willing to make the extra effort for their customers. If I lived near this shop, i would take advantage of all it has to offer. read more

Their fabric is lovely, but unfortunately there is not a lot to choose from. I suppose it has to do with lack of space. I called once to see if I could come to the shop for someone to give me a bit of advice for a quilt top I was working on. The lady that answered the phone was abrupt and short tempered when I asked her if someone their could help me. . Her reply was "Well you can bring it in and if someone has time they possibly can help you, this isn't something we usually do!" I told her, "thank you for your time and have a nice day, goodbye." I then called a fabric store in Lowell. A lovely and kind lady answer the phone. I told her I needed help with my quilt top. And, asked her if they ever did this? Her reply, " Well of course we do this all of the time, and you might have to wait awhile but we will be happy to help you!" When I went in I had to wait a short amount of time. They were so kind and patient. This is my go to store now!!!!! read more

Love, love, love this quilt shop! I have never enountered a shop where the whole team is willing to help you. Whether it be fabric selection, advice for quilt tops, embroidery questions, machine issues, "how to" questions, you name it, they help you. I love the variety of classes offered and the atmosphere created is a warm and inviting place to learn and share ideas. Lots of fabric to choose from and the Christmas room is delightful.
