There was two employees in there the other day. One was doing Amazon returns and she was trying to check out people too. She was on the register ringing up people then turning around and doing an Amazon return order and Amazon orders probably had 20 people in line. The printing department Jordan is very good, and very nice but he is so overwhelmed because he has no help. This is ridiculous for the volume,that this store does , Jordan needs help. The girl needs help and a Staples representative needs to get in there and help them or something and we definitely need a Manager!
