They loaded several pieces of large and heavy furniture and wrapped it in moving blankets so that all of it arrived in great condition. Russ and his helper (sorry I forget his name) were great at following instructions on which items to prioritize getting on the truck after it became clear that it wouldn't all fit. They were extremely polite, professional and packed the truck very efficiently and safely. Highly recommend!

I hired Haul All after they came out to provide an estimate, and I was immediately impressed by their thoroughness. They clearly explained what services they could provide and what precautions would need to be in place to safely complete the job--something no other company took the time to do. That level of detail is what made me choose them. The team spent five hours dismantling and removing a 10x12 building, which ended up being two full loads--a significant amount of work. Throughout the process, they were incredibly kind and respectful, both in our phone communications and in their interactions with my mom, who was onsite. Since I couldn't be there in person, they kept me updated with regular progress reports and photos, which I really appreciated. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, work ethic, and communication. Their price was beyond fair for the service they provided. I highly recommend Haul All for any demolition or hauling needs.

I wanted to have cushions made to sit over the current arms to raise up the arm height, and had an idea how they could be made and I would figure out myself how to affix them. The lady I spoke with explained in some detail how this concept would not work. I'm pretty resourceful and would have figured something out and if not, that's on me. She apparently didn't want to entertain any further conversation saying they just didn't have the time or personnel to do a job like this and I felt like my time on the phone was up. One must ask then why are they in business if they don't want business. Personally I have never turned down business if it presents itself...to each his own I guess.
