First let me say the manager of the store needs to be replaced. If someone from headquarters would come in and just stand in the back and watch him! He does nothing except stand around and then go hide in the back! if he sees people looking for help, he goes again and hides in the back. They are always shortstaffed. There was two employees in there the other day. One was doing Amazon returns and she was trying to check out people too. She was on the register ringing up people then turning around and doing an Amazon return order and Amazon orders probably had 20 people in line. The printing department Jordan is very good, and very nice but he is so overwhelmed because he has no help. This is ridiculous for the volume,that this store does , Jordan needs help. The girl needs help and a Staples representative needs to get in there and help them or something and we definitely need a Manager! read more

Five stars all the way! I've been shopping here for several years and I have never had an issue. In fact I just had my best experience ever. I went into buy a laptop. I was advised in the beginning that their stock was low because they were getting ready to switch them out with different models. I fell in love with one HP laptop over all the others. Wouldn't you know that it was sold out. The store manager over hearing this conversation immediately jumped in action and started calling all the nearby stores. I really needed the computer ASAP and could not wait for shipping. They were going to get it overnighted for me so I could have it the very next day. Unfortunately UPS had already ran that day so that was not an option. Another manager steps up to the plate and tells me he is going to drive to that store tomorrow, pick up that computer and bring it back. He did just that. I have never met more helpful and considerate people in a retail setting. They were simply amazing and really went above and beyond the call of duty. So I highly recommend the store. Ask for Dylan if you need any help finding anything, Rich and Jeff are the two managers that helped me out. They are not going to let a customer leave unhappy. That was obvious to me. Staples has really hired some great people to run that store. read more

This store needs new management and new staff in their printing department. You have one person working in this department that doesn't have time to assist you with what you are looking for and their attitudes are terrible!!!! I will find another place to get my printing done. Will never shop another Staples store again!!! read more

We were quoted a price for an ipad over the phone, and when we got to the store one of the managers implied we were lying. He was very condescending. I have been in the store several times when I was completely ignored. I have bought many high dollar items in this store, and I could have gotten the same item online for less. I wanted to support businesses in my community that provide jobs, but this store has lost my business forever. read more

The sales staff at this particular store, while very pleasant, lack the knowledge needed to advise on most current technology, so we did our research from home as always and came in knowing exactly which items we wanted to purchase totaling approx.. $500.00+. We presented an online competitive price which we were told by the very nice sales person would be matched. We added some additional accessories and when ready to check out the sales person called the manager up front to authorize the sale. As former CEO & Purchasing Manager for several technology corporations over the past 25 years, including Cisco Systems (WebEx Division), I can honestly say I have never been so disappointed in the negative, arrogant, brash attitude of this store manager. He not only killed the sale by his unwillingness to cooperate or negotiate, but clearly had a Know-It-All attitude that just turned us off immediately! I have negotiated with clients my entire career and know for a fact it is the best way to do business and sometimes the only way to keep a client's business. Unfortunately for you, all of our business has now been taken elsewhere. My honest advice would be to "lose" that store manager along with his bad attitude and keep your sales staff better educated and informed so they are able to make decisions without question. Had he offered to discount the price even a small amount or work with us in some way, we would have went through with the sale. Instead we walked out disgusted by his rudeness and after doing business with Staples at this location for years upon years , we will never do so again! read more
