I have been using JRHS since September 2023 to maintain my Hague water softener and reverse osmosis system. My previous service provider couldn't resolve an issue with my water softener not providing soft water. Manny worked with me diligently until the issue was accurately diagnosed and resolved and billed me fairly given the number of visits he made over a short period of time (btw the issue was my home's water pressure regulator not the softener system). We have never had a water conditioner / softener / reverse osmosis and were VERY reluctant to put in a water system into our brand-new house. We had someone else come to our home and test our water. It was deemed very hard, and he tried to hard sell us on a system. We felt that he focused on all the wrong reasons for why we should install a system. We told a neighbor about our experience, and she told us about the system they purchased for three consecutive homes (Hague) and the salesperson she worked with and why, Manny Monge of Just Right Solutions. We gave Manny a call and he drove 2+ hours to get here as it was outside of his territory. We had a very pleasant conversation with him, and he answered all of our questions. We decided to purchase the WaterMax 3BEQ system. Since our home was new, we were most concerned about the longevity of the pipes. To us, this was the most important reason to get the system. We drink a lot of water (100+ ounces each a day) so the RO was a big consideration for us. A week later our system was installed by a very professional plumber. He was here for 4 1/2 hours and was meticulous in his work. Manny too was here before the plumber arrived and for an hour after to ensure everything was tested completely and explained everything in detail. It was a long day and we were pleased with the outcome. That night and the next morning we realized we had an issue with the RO. The water was cloudy, and it was making a hissing sound as it refilled which was very annoying. We called Manny and sent him a video of the issues so he could troubleshoot from afar. He provided some steps to resolve the cloudy water, but he needed to come back to our home to make an adjustment to the system to get rid of the noise. The issue was caused by an unusual curve in our drainpipe. Manny resolved the issue, and all was operating as expected. My Hague water softener unit (less than 3 years old) started beeping and wouldn't reset. Unfortunately the man who sold me the unit died so I had no one to turn to for repair in my area. I called So Cal Water Solutions (not recommended) who wanted to charge me $180 service + parts and refused to check if my system was under warranty. They said there was no way to check since my installer died. I finally found the phone number to the manufacturer & with the serial number found it was under warranty still. They gave me Manny's number and like magic Manny was on the scene & quickly fixed my problem under warranty with only a $150 service charge. He took time to carefully explain everything & my system is up and running again. After much aggravation & confusion I was ready to replace the system rather than deal with Hague's "representative" bs but Manny single handedly rescued this situation and kept me as a customer for the company even though (& especially because) the grievances I had with Hague were not at all caused by him. He could have easily blown me off or tried to price gouge me like the other company in the area because he didn't initially install the unit and get the commission (the guy who died did) Instead he went above and beyond to help me out. My husband and I were beyond pleased with Manny and Tim. The day we welcomed Manny into our home to discuss our interest in Solar Panels was the best decision we've made when discussing the new upgrade to our home. They were both very knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had. They never pushed us to make a decision and made us feel very comfortable. The communication was great throughout the whole process once we decided to purchase the panels. We have a 2 story home with a pool and run our air all day set at 75. We are happy to say we are now paying $129/mo. compared to last summer when we had a bill of about $345. It's been 6 months since our install and we still have a great relationship with Manny. He promised he would be there if we had any questions or concerns at any time in the future and he has lived up to that. We are happy with our purchase. No problems and no more huge Edison bills. I've been hearing a lot about solar for about the last 5 years or so and never really got down and dirty to do some thorough research on my own. Did the whole thing with talking to sales reps at Home Depot, talking with friends and even gave a couple guys who came to my door an appointment so I can hear more about solar and how it may benefit us. After all that I had heard and read, the info I felt I received about solar seemed like rumors and and I was still trying to piece it all together. I did not have a solid understanding of how it all worked or how it would benefit my pocket or the environment. I met Manny and Tim and it was over! They gave me the run down and my research ended there. These guys are top notch. Just a couple of hard working, knowledgeable and HONEST dudes that are fantastic to work with. Tim and Manny made great efforts to communicate with me regularly and to keep me in the loop with the progress every step of the way. They are great human beings and treated my family and I like we were important to them. Tim even brought us a dozen of his farm fresh eggs on every visit! At any rate, we are very happy with our solar panels. We have not paid anything to Edison for the last couple of months. And although we are making payments towards the cost of solar panels, the payments are about $100-150 less per month than what I was paying for energy on a monthly basis.
