Total charge was 3600 plus tip, very pricey for 12 miles. Owner took advantage of the situation, very disappointed. I was nice enough to offer compensation for extra trip, charging me 300. It was not my fault to use the size of trailer not able to fit everything. they use trailer to move, need extra trip to move from little elm to plano, and charge me extra to make extra trip. We agreed on the price all inclusive, they use trailer which not able to fit is not my fault, and charging me extra?seriously? The mover came to move my items were very dishonest, took my stuff without my permission, dont hire them,or you will forever regret your decision.

Andrew Wise and Brett Moore are the most professional, well-trained, courteous, articulate young men you could ever meet....in any profession. We interviewed four different relocation services for our move and from the very first meeting, Andrew conveyed honesty, trust, and intelligence. Nothing was broken or forgotten or lost! Everything they did was with a smile, and they went the extra mile even after a 13 hour day. Please do yourselves a favor and hire them to pack your household. You won't regret it! It's not necessarily their fault - we had a LOT of stuff to move, but just understand things are going to happen. I'm glad the move is over, the crew I got were nice and friendly and nothing went missing/everything was accounted for, and only a few Ikea shelves were broken during the move. I would absolutely use them again but to the business - I highly recommend sorting out the payment process so it's seamless.

This is my new home and it's already ruined. I'm even disappointed with the services provided in our beginning conversation. The owner promised 3 men and stated that it would take "30 minutes" to also take down a playset. Not lying I have the text messages to provide it. I even provided pictures of the playset. When the guys arrived, they stated that they don't know why he said 30 minutes because it has many bolts that needs to be taken out. So the playset was never taken down. Fast forward to the actual move of the big items. I want to start by saying that the movers were very nice! But the owner did not properly communicate the need for this move, which puts them in a terrible situation. These two men tried to do an entire 5 bedroom house move in 3-4 hours resulting in a large hole in my ceiling and one of the movers throwing up extremely bad in my restroom from over exertion. I reached out to the owner and he has yet to reply with a fix for my ceiling, which was quoted $300 + by now 4 different places. I am extremely disappointed out of $600 for the move and now $300 for a hole that should be taken care of by the owner.
