We didn't have an appointment. We walked in and they found, or better yet, they made a spot for us. We have a scruffy one year old terrier named Admiral who can be a hand full and the day before had rolled on a dead snake! He stunk!!! We wanted to keep his scruffy look, but we wanted him clipped up a bit and most certainly wanted the dead snake smell gone. They had him done two hours earlier. I almost forgot, it was a hot day and they weren't going to be able to work him in until 4. My wife and I wanted to get lunch and hit some shops. They offered to kennel him which helped us tremendously. We came to pick him up and he looked awesome, still had the scruffy look but looked sharp, the dead snake smell gone and we could tell he was very happy. Not because we were picking him up, but how the staff had treated him so well. Much thanks to the staff. They are awesome people!!! We highly recommend them. read more
