The tech advised that some pipes under the sink needed to be replaced so I ok'd that as part of the work. Two months later, everything he installed is leaking; ruined the cabinet under the sink, so now I have to get that fixed also. Also, he seated the drain in my new sink with a pile of plumber's putty. The drain still does not sit correctly. Long and short, I have to pay someone else to correct what I paid him to "fix" and then pay the added expense of repairing my ruined cabinet under the sink. Scott was recommended through a mutual friend and we were not disappointed. He was friendly on the phone and quoted us $795 with parts and labor to put the new tank in our house. That is an unbelievable savings compared to Lowe's. We found Scott to be extremely honest. While Scott was looking over everything he noticed that it wasn't our water tank but the pressure valve. There was no pressure to finish the the hot water tank and he left it up to us to decide. In the end, this still cost less than $1000 with a new pressure valve and hot water tank installed.
