I called our sales rep Tom immediately, and both he and the owner came to the house that same day and agreed to the change. I cannot overemphasize how knowledgeable Tom is about flooring. He had recommended LVP from the beginning, but I was concerned about the floors being uneven. He went above and beyond to make sure we chose what was best for the house and that we were truly happy with the result. We feel so blessed to have worked with Tom and Wally's Carpet. They understood that we have a special needs child and how important this flooring was to our family. They leveled the floors, changed the order quickly, and made sure everything was done right. The floor looks absolutely stunning in our craftsman home. Wally's provides true professionalism, genuine care, and expert service. We highly recommend them.

I was referred to Rodriguez Flooring by my realtor, who had great results in the past. As this was my first time renovating a place of my own, and being new to the area, I was very nervous about hiring contractors. If I could give Ernesto 100 stars, I would! From day one, he was communicative, friendly, kind and punctual. His prices were better than competitive, and he was always looking for ways to help me meet my budget. But best of all, I honestly felt like he cared about me and my new home. He went way beyond flooring and helped with my kitchen, bathroom, and even finding a wallpaper guy!
