I went in with…read moreblonde hair and dark roots as she was the last one to do my hair 8 weeks prior to this last visit. I wanted the roots obviously done and lighter highlights. I walked out with orange/ gold hair with brown roots that weren't done and my hair was about 4-6 inches shorter on the top! BTW.... There was no haircut.... It fell out of my head! She told me to go outside and look for the highlights and use purple shampoo! Really? You turned my hair gold and brassy and it's still falling out. BRIDGET DOES NOT CARE AND THE OWNER DOES NOT EITHER! Pics Do not lie!!! The first pic is what I went in with. The other pics are what I walked out with. It's a pathetic mess and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL 100% I give ZERO STARS!

I told Stephanie the look I was going for (very soft natural glam) and she UNDERSTOOD the assignment. Best makeup I've ever had done! So many MUA's tend to overdo it (no offense to anyone at all), but Stephanie did it so perfectly. I was thrilled. Felt like a star for the evening! First and last visit. The place is a dump in the inside. When I walked in, everyone just stared at…read moreme like I had three heads. I wish I would have realized that the stylists here are very, very old school. Perms and beehives are their calling. I just got a trim and left. No one there seems to know the latest in hair color, hair styles, etc. The shampoo bowl room leaves a lot to be desired. Coming from the city, I am not used to hair being done in a dark cave. It was super uncomfortable temperature wise as well. I don't want to name the older lady who cut my hair; I'm not trying to hurt her feelings. Overall, I think they must cut their family and locals hair and somehow keep this junky place afloat. This is a big no if you are looking for modern, currently educated hairstylists.

And they were happy to make any adjustments with my hair and makeup. The environment of the salon was beautiful! Very chic and elegant, yet relaxing. Overall wonderful experience!

Mike cut (parts of it) with a straight razor. Had never seen that done before. But that isn't even the best part, he cut my hair and then asked what I thought, it looked great but just slightly longer than I was expecting. I did not give him clear instructions, so it was on me. But with a smile, Mike wet my hair down again and cut it to the perfect length. Mike is freakishly good at his craft. And then my friend proceeds to tell me that his specialty is coloring women's hair! Amazing that he could be so good at men's hair and that's not even his forte'! I will never go anywhere else. ever.
