Hannah was phenomenal to work with. She truly listened to the aspects of a style and we literally landed on two copies of almost the same dress. Incredible! I kind of expected ridiculously high prices, it is Ann Arbor after all, but these prices were absurd. What I don't expect is to be ridiculed by the owner because of a simple spelling mistake. Like I said, thier priorities are backwards with no attempt to rectify the situation, only to make it worse after the fact online. I wish I could get paid to sit on my butt all day and ignore customers. At least I was greeted by a lady yelling from the back, but that is considered the bare minimum, just as another 1 star review is. If I could give 0 I would especially now after realizing this is how they respond to potential customers. I will never go back. The vulgar music that was being played throughout the store was my biggest concern at the time, but now it has shifted to the way they responded to me online. If you must buy from them (still way overpriced, I don't know why you would) order from etsy and don't subject yourself to being ignored and annoyed by incompetent store staff. After reading some of these other reviews here I am certain they had to deal with this same person, and it was probably the same person who made the condescending reply to my first review (see picture). I have a hunch that most of these 5 star reviews are either from the staff themselves trying to counter the honest ones or by someone who didn't have to deal with the lack of customer service that I experienced. If you're the owner of the place and you are reading this, please reconsider who you choose to be the face of the store, they are driving your customers away. If in fact the owner was the only one in the store today, and the subject of all the other 1 star reviews here, I would recommend closing your store and finding a new line of business because you are clearly not equipped customer service.

I ordered it, got a confirmation, got a notice when it shipped, track it, and 13 days later it arrived in my mailbox. It's a very light material with bold colors and fits great so I'm a happy sea turtle lovin' customer. Although I was a little nervous when a 3X shirt came in a really small package in my mailbox, but it's a light material and those guys know how to fold stuff. Where are they on our laundry days? While they do have an address in Belleville, Michigan they are apparently made in China, which is not normally my choice of shirts, but this one is just wicked cool and, one again, I just couldn't resist the temptation. My mom ordered a $180 arrangement from a different florist that was 2x in size and actually looked like a $180 arrangement. I think florists are counting on that the well-wishers will not see the final product at the funeral home. The flowers are beautiful, don't get me wrong (if a bit sloppily arranged) but... just an incredibly disappointing result for that price point.
