I needed to have four speakers replaced and I upgraded from 5.25" speakers to 6.5" I also requested the stereo deck cover upgraded and multiple plugs be installed around the boat, last minute at drop off. Jesse and his team had to drill through fiber glass and three layers of ply wood. The job ended up taking four hours longer than anticipated and Jesse still honored to original guesstimated price, although no promises were made and he didn't have to do that. I wad absolutely blown away by the work done to my boat. The team went above and beyond by cleaning up old messed up wiring performed by a different local shop. Jesse has earned my business going forward with all audio needs. Thank you guys!

That said, the initial installation of my $1,000 bed cover felt rushed given the hourly labor cost. The fitment wasn't quite right at first and one side of the seal was pinched. I also noticed an impact was used on the rails, which are known to be sensitive to over-torque and can crack easily. While the pinched seal was corrected, I would have preferred more care taken from the start. I don't think they do bad work, but the shop's pace is faster than I personally prefer. For future work, I'd likely look for a shop that prioritizes a bit more attention to detail.

Of all of the places I went, they were all very competent mechanics, but Andy & Lauri take the cake for Top Mechanic and Assistant. My car had a bad shake when I stepped on the brake, so he replace my rotors and took my car for a test drive voluntaraly (I can't hardly get most mechanics to do this when asked) to make sure it worked well. Andy said,"It worked good, but would probably be noisy for a few miles because of the coating on the rotors I had purchased." As predicted the noise was gone by the time I got home, and the ride was so much smoother. I was worried my brake pads might have worn prematurely because of the warped rotor, but he said they looked about 90% left so I was all good.
