They did everything from replacing/upgrading an electrical panel for one of our tenants to rewiring a 9,000 sq ft basement for amp-intensive business use. Mr. Adams even came out mid-summer on an hour's notice to assess a broken A/C. He identified the issue within minutes (it was a bad capacitor) and charged us for just that.
