The first session the girl didn't tape around my tattoo and got super close to it...I have hair growing in that exact spot now because moving forward every person tapped it and refused to get that close...so thanks for the additional hair growth! I received a call asking if I was happy at the end of all my services. I said no, she apologized and then hung up. Now I'm getting sent a survey via email weeks later. I've spent roughly $2,000 here, purchased microneedling & Sylfirm(lied to that Sylfirm would help my under eyes) Shortly after I got home, I received a call from the front desk claiming I had an outstanding balance for a service I NEVER received. They insisted I had been given an Agnes treatment during this current treatment & then switched to my previous visit. That is completely false. This service was only discussed and recommended to me during my most recent appointment--and I clearly declined it because I want to wait and see my results first. Instead of correcting their error, I was told it was a "miscommunication" and that they would zero out the facial and exosomes I currently have on my account to cover a charge for a service I did not receive. Taking away services I already paid for to cover their mistake is unacceptable. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional. If you go here, protect yourself--ask for itemized invoices, confirm every service before receiving it, and keep your own records. I will not be returning.

I questioned how the amount could be determined without first consulting me, especially since my last visit was a year ago, prices may have changed, and I had questions. The receptionist repeated that I was there for a "repeat," but their definition seemed to go beyond what a customer would reasonably expect. In the past, they also took photos before starting, but this time there was no consultation or photos--just being placed in a room to wait. Overall, the experience felt rushed and lacked the communication and attention to detail I had previously received.

I was scared at first but he really makes me very comfortable and explains the process of how Picosure laser works. He removed a hideous tattoo I had on my hip. I was so surprised how quickly he was able to remove it in only 3 sessions. I've gone to Dr. Tat off a few years prior for a different tattoo which was the same in size, and it took over a year (12 sessions) to remove. Picosure laser is truly amazing!
