This is that company. As a recent transplant to Pima County, and new home owner, I needed some very tall Mexican Fan Palms removed adjacent to my new swimming pool. I called and within hours was receiving an estimate for the work. Within days I had a crew of professionals at my new home and they removed the trees so fast, some of my new neighbors asked if I was a magician. The crew treated my pool, my yard, my new home as though it were their own. They cleaned up after themselves, blew away the sawdust, and even skimmed as much of the debris from the pool that they could. They were respectful, polite, efficient and the definition of professional. The price to manually climb, remove by 2'-3' sections, two ~100+' tall trees including stump grinding in a very narrow space between my pool, pool pump and wall? It was less than I paid to have one tree trimmed in Maryland where I am moving from. The employees of Brijer, receive my sincerest thanks, kudos and appreciation. She claims she was there for an hour and half pulling every weed by hand please see the photos of me requesting a refund for the $300 dollars we paid because the work was not done and she could not admit the work was not done. She told me she couldn't spray because it wasn't her practice, told my husband she didn't feel comfortable carrying the back pack as she just had a baby "but was already back in her pre-pregnancy jeans" she then said she didn't spray because my husband had tools on the patio in the back. Claimed she was there for an hour and half my cameras show 53 minutes and definitely minimal work being done offered to pay her $100 for the small section that was worked on her gas her time, requested she refund me $200.
