Yeah, we sent you photos, you knew that they were well overgrown, thus why we were willing to pay you several hundred dollars. He also managed to melt a piece of our artificial turf, which he failed to mention and we found after he left. Very disappointed.

He would show up eventually, but I could always count on him rescheduling. I hired him again this year, and he came once to spray. It has been several weeks since he sprayed, and not one weed has died. I'm not sure that he even sprayed as I wasn't there when he was. I have asked him to come back and finish his work, and he has failed to show up. He promises to finish the work, and I don't hear from him. I have requested a refund, and he is ignoring my texts. I will be reporting him to the registrar of contractors and looking into his business license status. Don't trust this guy. He's a total flake.

I hired him through Networks and paid half dollar amount of the discussed project upfront  on 6/1/21. He told me he wanted to get the job we agreed on done within two days. Today is 7/26/21 - two month later - and he did not even finish half of the discussed work. Many times he told me to be at my house to continue the project and he did not only not show up, but he did not even tell me he would not come,- he just did not show up. So many times I had arranged my schedule to be at the job site and then he would just not appear. Strangely he texted me often about his whereabouts though, that he "came home late, will be driving out tonight, just got back last night...car accident, a relative passed away..."  stuff that I am really not happy about to be text - harassed with and not interested to know about, - even about his wife's medical condition he told me,- I find him extremely unprofessional. He told me he would take the trash out of the backyard after every day of work, because it would not be nice to do otherwise, but Paul left the trash ( his plastic drinking cups with straws in them, empty water bottles in our back yard on the ground, rocks and cement pieces ) from a job left half undone in our backyard for nineteen!! days. The trash laying there for so long caused a few big brown holes in our green grass. Network asked me to write a review at a time by which the project should have been finished. So I had written a one star review a few weeks in after Paul had collected half of the dollar amount for the entire job but not really gotten much done yet. A few days later he called me at 6:00am! very upset about the review although everything in it had been nothing but the truth. He did not take the responsibility for his actions at all. I decided to delete the review in order to give him a second chance. That had been a bad idea, because his behavior got even worse. After I told him very friendly that I did not want to receive anymore personal texts about his whereabouts, but just about work related things, he all over sudden informed me that he did not want to do a certain job we had agreed on, and parts of that job, he even tried to delegate to me. Not a man of his word, not reliable, not respectful, unfortunately not taking responsibility for his own actions. I should have seen it coming when he rang my doorbell 30 minutes before our first appointment, informing me he was here earlier, because he was in the area, laughing insecurely. It had been a very unpleasant experience to me, but I admit I am partly responsible, because I continued to trust him.

The owner (Nick) and his staff all had exceptional customer service- they answered every question I had and were very knowledgeable. They were even able to do the service while we were away at work and took before/after photos as well. I've been having difficulty getting responses from other landscaping companies and was pleasantly…read moresurprised to receive a response so quickly from My Tucson Landscaping. They responded to my request for quote within a couple of hours! We set up a time for Marco to come out for a quote on pre-emergent and post-emergent spraying. He arrived at the scheduled time and was able to spray the existing weeds with post-emergent spray for a very affordable price! He was honest and suggested that the pre-emergent not be sprayed for a few more weeks (about a month before the start of monsoon season); otherwise, it wouldn't be as effective. He could have just sprayed the pre-emergent the same day and got paid, but he was honest with me and he educated me on the process which is so very appreciated! I look forward to working with this company a lot more in the future!
