We bought two very nice rocker swivel chairs right before the covid shutdown in 2020. I've ended up…read moresitting in one of them almost non-stop since then, as I work from home, and it's become my command-central spot. Not only have the chairs held up perfectly since then, the one time I had a cord problem from one of my own silly free-range guinea pigs who managed to quite mangle one of the cords (no animals were harmed, thank goodness and now blocked off), but when we couldn't fix it ourselves, they came out, picked up the chair, FIXED it, and returned it, practically within an hour!! OMG. I work in ecommerce and deal in customer service every day, all day, and I have to say, this was by far the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. Holy Smokes, I'm impressed!

The location is super convenient, surrounded by great restaurants, so it's easy to make a day out of shopping. I always seem to find great deals and end up leaving with something I didn't plan to buy. I'm always a happy shopper here! The only area that could use some improvement is the customer service at the front register. On a few visits, I wasn't greeted or acknowledged, which made the experience feel a little less welcoming. A simple smile or "Hello" can go a long way and make customers feel appreciated. You never know who might walk through the door looking to purchase a large furniture piece or make a big purchase. Overall, I still enjoy shopping here because of the quality, selection, and great finds, and I'll definitely continue coming back.

When I came into this furniture store I was so excited about everything I was saying. The prices…read moreseem reasonable and the furniture was beautiful. However actually purchasing with them was an absolute nightmare of an experience. I purchase two items a bunkbed, and a king size bed frame. The bunkbed arrived with chips on the ladder. The delivery person tried to tell me that it was OK that the ladder had chips and I proceeded to let him know it was not OK and I took pictures of it so that I could send it to the store themselves. Once he saw me do this then he took the ladder down and he took it back to the warehouse to fix it. I had not heard from anyone for three weeks. I finally called the furniture store to ask them where my latter was, and they immediately they immediately delivered it within 48 hours. The king size bed however, was not nearly prompt. The bed was estimated to arrive within 4 to 6 weeks. I called them nine weeks after I purchased the bed that cost me a lot of money and I was told that they had tried to get in contact with me. I had never received any missed calls or any voicemail from the furniture store. Then once I did call them and follow up the bed was delivered to me within a week but it was missing the four drawers that were at the bottom. The delivery folks had attempted to call me but hung up after one ring and left my apartment when I did not open the door. Finally, I received the drawers two weeks after the bed and even then did not receive the phone call that was promised to me on what time they were delivered the drawers. The drawers were left outside of my door and I found them when I came outside. I found the service to be very poor. The follow up on the side of the furniture store was very slow, and I had to follow up many times in order to actually receive my furniture. I would not purchase from the store.

I recently purchased two complete Grohe shower sets from Gooder's Supply. In hindsight, I should…read morehave done more research beforehand--these ended up costing more than three times the price of similar options at Costco, where the products are actually Hansgrohe, which is generally considered a higher-end line. That said, I understand this may not be specific to Gooder's Supply, as their pricing seems consistent with standard retail pricing across authorized dealers. The more frustrating issue, however, was the lack of service after the purchase. Once the payment was made, it became very difficult to get any follow-up support. I had a few questions about the products, but unfortunately received no response at all from the sales who sold me the products. Overall, the post-purchase customer service experience was disappointing.

Avoid Gooder at all costs - completely unprofessional design service and zero accountability…read more We paid Gooder for their full-service cabinet design, trusting them to deliver a professional, detail-oriented result. We specifically provided the exact model of our drawer-style microwave early in the design process. What we weren't told--and what any competent designer should have known--is that this microwave can be installed in two ways: 1. Standard installation, where the microwave protrudes past the cabinet face, and 2. Flush mount installation, where it sits seamlessly within the cabinet frame. Gooder never informed us of this critical difference. Their in-store displays were all flush-mounted. The manufacturer's website images also showcase flush installations. Naturally, we assumed that was what we'd get. But when the cabinets arrived and we attempted installation, we realized the microwave could not be flush-mounted with the cabinets as designed. The result? * The microwave juts out awkwardly. * There is a visible gap so large we can literally stick a finger through it. * The aesthetics are terrible, and functionally it also affects the drawer cabinet below. When we contacted Gooder, they took zero responsibility. Their excuse? "You didn't specifically request a flush install." That's unacceptable. We're paying for a design service precisely because we expect the designer to flag critical compatibility details--not for us to study every product image and anticipate these issues ourselves. Even more frustrating, I proactively suggested reasonable fixes--such as modifying the cabinet slightly or adding a trim frame--to salvage the situation. Their response? "Oh, we can't do that." Days later, their so-called "solution" was to send us bigger hinges. Seriously? How would that solve the protruding microwave? What about the drawer underneath? What about the giant gap? It was a completely useless suggestion, showing they had no intention of helping us find a real fix. Summary: * Poor communication * Lack of design expertise * No attention to product compatibility * No ownership when problems arise * Pathetic, non-solutions offered after the fact Gooder was happy to take our money but disappeared the moment an issue came up. This experience was deeply disappointing and incredibly frustrating. Do not waste your time or money here. Go with a company that actually stands behind their service and takes pride in doing things right.

BUYER BEWARE!! sure…read morecustomer service here is great in store, thats the face of the brand. i would advise you all not to buy from this company due to the lack of availability of their customer service through phone and email, specifically an "Advanced Consumer Engagement Specialist" who goes by the name Marty. please record all phone correspondence with this company as they do not own up to what was spoken verbally on the phone. the bases are final sale, (almost everything is final sale, except the mattresses). this was my first time buying anything from this brand. and i will not be buying from them again. i would like to spread the word to everyone here. ill even continue to bad mouth them so i can spread awareness lol TLDR: i got delivered the incorrect base. the whole white glove delivery experience was a complete NIGHTMARE. was able to reach out to this fella named Marty thru phone and email, explained my dissatisfaction of my experience, and on the phone call i was told i was going to get compensation in forms of store credit or an option to get a check/ payment in X amount. followed up thru email and got a whole run around just to tell me that they won't be authorizing compensation. what makes me the most angry is that what was explained to me on the phone was a complete lie and just bullshit to "shut the customer up". RECORD YOUR PHONE CALLS! if you would like to know what happened in my specific encounter, feel free to message me. i can show you the extensive email correspondence and time stamps.
