Then last night, Kelvin (our driver) from Gary's showed up. He was punctual, friendly, and so helpful and made it his business to make sure we had a good time. He even called me early in the day to touch base, introduce himself, and ensure we had everything needed in advance. I thought that story sounded a little strange considering it was a school day, but I accepted a limo van as an alternative. The owner indicated that the limo van would be a free upgrade from the scheduled stretch SUV. When the van arrived, I was very disappointed. It was a very poorly painted old activity bus with bench seating and LED lights in the interior. It was not even close to what any reasonable person would consider a limousine. My calls and texts requesting a discussion about my dissatisfaction were ignored - I mean not even acknowledged. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and gross disrespect of a paying customer. I was even more surprised that any limousine company that considers itself to be reputable would include such a vehicle in their fleet. Never again with A Formal Affair.

If you need transportation for something unplanned, such as a FUNERAL, they are unreliable. It was ok to be booked, but unacceptable to have an emergency line and no one call you back to at least acknowledge that they received the message. I am already greiving and now I'm disappointed.
