I called a few weeks ahead to book and thought I had everything sorted. They were very on top of their game and send me contact info for a driver days beforehand and were very easy to chat with. Minutes before my daughter was getting picked up she called to let me know I booked the driver for the wrong date and he was scheduled for Friday (not Thursday). Oops! I called the car service in a panic and they said they could get another driver there within 30 min. Phew Douane picked her up within 30 min. I got an email when he was there to get her and again after he dropped her off at the airport. Really great for a worried parent who gets minimum communication from her teenage daughter ;) I could have gotten an uber for about $75 less, but felt safer doing this when she was across the country. My company recently needed (2) Executive Coaches to transport our VIP guests from the Asheville, NC airport to Bristol, VA (staying overnight with our group) and returning the following morning. We used a third party rental company and held our breath since they would not tell us the name of the bus company that they were sending our way. I have been a corporate event planner for 20+ years and have not had the greatest experience with coaches and drivers (getting lost, etc). Luckily for us, we ended up with Triangle Corporate Coach and the entire experience was FIRST CLASS. The drivers were Waldo and Lisa and they were professional both with their neatly pressed uniforms and immaculate coaches. My exec reported zero issues, and the car was immaculate. $65 an hour was very reasonable. They add an automatic 20% gratuity. Our golf buddy group of 4 used Triangle for round trip transfers between RDU and Pinehurst Resort. We had excellent service from the reservations agents as well as the two drivers we had: Rudy and Tracy. From RDU to Pinehurst we were in a Suburban which was suggested by Triangle when we booked the reservation. The car was packed tight, but from our standpoint it was no problem. However, Triangle, on their own, upgraded us to their Mercedes mini-shuttle bus for the trip back to RDU, without charging us extra. Very nice customer service. You are texted frequently about the status of your reservation including texts when the driver is at your pick up location. This takes the stress out of wondering if your ride will show up. My family and I used this service for a Large SUV Airport pickup. Our driver Percy was professional, friendly (especially to my 3 children) and reliable. He also went the extra mile by going above and beyond with our massive stack of luggage (we were in the process of relocating to RTP for my job) compared to what I have seen with other livery companies. I was on the fence about getting transportation for my guests, but since we decided to get married at the Governors Club Chapel Hill, which is a gated community, we decided it was the best decision for our guests. We did two shuttles one from the AC Hotel, downtown Chapel Hill where our guests were staying, to the Governors Club, about 25 mins away and back. Originally we booked a bus for 25 people, but after COVID restrictions lifted, we were able to increase our guest count and include more people. Because of this, we had to increase transportation to 41 people to the Governors Club and 55 people back to the AC Hotel. We made this change two weeks for the wedding. I was amazed by how hard Nick worked to make this happen. Out of all the vendors I worked with Nick/ Triangle CC was the most responsive and accommodating. Their prices are competitive; we definitely shopped around before signing with Triangle CC. We really loved the experience! We definitely plan to use them again. read more

Triangle Corporate Coach was able to help me out big time recently by getting myself, my dog, a huge airline kennel that couldn't fit into any minivan taxi in town (even being split in half), and a few pieces of luggage to RDU with minimal notice. If you're ever in a situation where you gotta haul a massive amount of gear to RDU, consider Triangle first. They've got Sprinter vans that they can customize for just about any travel scenario around, and the price was no different than taking a mainstream cab to the airport. My name is Dawn Carr phone number 252-940-5722. I work for PAS USA in Washington. I called for a ride around the third week in April. I talked to Tiffany and told her what I wanted to schedule. She took down my info and told me a confirmation would be sent. Over the next 2 days I called about 5 or 6 times trying to get a confirmation or a return call. No response at all. On April 25th I contacted another car service and booked the ride since I didn't know if Tiffany had booked one. On May 9th the day the ride was scheduled for Tiffany called wanting a cc number. I thought she was calling from the other car company so gave the pick up person's cc number. Of course the other car service picked up my rider from RDU and brought him to Washington, NC. Tiffany charged my rider's cc $368 for a service that wasn't performed and I didn't even realize was scheduled since I never received any confirmation or other form of communication. I called back and asked to speak to Tiffany and was told she would return my call. Again never happened. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told Tiffany would call me. Never happened. Now I'm going on this website to try to get someone other than Tiffany to call me and discuss this charge. I don't think we should be charged since no confirmation was sent so in my mind nothing was ever confirmed to be scheduled. I would really like to discuss this with a manager or someone who can help me. read more

We trust them with those critical 4:30 am pickups that can feel very vulnerable. Their communications protocols take away all concerns. For example, a recent reservation was confirmed immediately by email, then re-confirmed two days before pickup, then they sent the name and contact phone number of "my" assigned driver days in advance, then the morning of the ride advised he was enroute, and later when on-site.
